CBS Teases Episodes Airing the Week of October 21

The premieres of THE NEIGHBORHOOD and POPPA’S HOUSE, Sam’s dad visits on GHOSTS, and more are coming to CBS the week of October 21.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 21
8:00-8:30 PM THE NEIGHBORHOOD “Welcome to the Neighborhood, Daphne” Marty and Courtney bring baby Daphne home from the hospital and Calvin is surprised to learn that Marty plans to take the paternity leave Dave offered in the employee handbook for the Fuse Box. Also, Tina will do anything to earn Daphne’s love.
8:30–9:00 PM POPPA’S HOUSE “Pilot” POPPA’S HOUSE, starring Damon Wayans and Damon Wayans Jr., features Wayans as legendary talk radio host and happily divorced “Poppa” who has his point of view challenged at work when Ivy (Essence Atkins), a new female co-host, is hired, and at home where he finds himself still parenting his adult son, Junior, a brilliant dreamer who is trying to pursue his passion while being a responsible father and husband to Nina (Tetona Jackson).
In the series premiere, Poppa gets surprised at work when corporate brings in brainy psychologist Dr. Ivy Reed to add a female perspective to his radio show. Also, Junior gets fired by Nina’s dad when he misses a big sales pitch to apply for a directing job.
9:00-10:00 PM NCIS “Foreign Bodies” As Vance prepares to host diplomatic talks with Venezuela, the team is called in to investigate the dead body of one of his inside men.
10:00-11:00 PM NCIS: ORIGINS “Bend, Don’t Break” A murder near Camp Pendleton leads Gibbs and the team to a suburban mall in San Diego, where Gibbs takes matters into his own hands. Jackson Gibbs pays Franks an unexpected visit.
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22
8:00-9:00 PM FBI “Trusted” The team is on the case when a suburban couple is murdered and all forensic evidence points to the home’s previous owner, who is currently serving 10 years in federal prison. Meanwhile, OA reunites with an old military colleague, and Scola tries to welcome a new partner.
9:00-10:00 PM FBI: INTERNATIONAL “The Other Hard Part” When a U.S. ambassador is taken hostage at a TV station in the Netherlands alongside 70 civilians, the Fly Team is forced to work quickly to find out who they’re up against. Meanwhile, Wes works to earn the respect of his new team.
10:00-11:00 PM FBI: MOST WANTED “Varsity Blues” The Fugitive Task Force is called in to hunt down a missing teen from New Jersey who has a connection to a classmate’s recent suicide. Meanwhile, Cora feels Ray and his father are putting too much pressure on Caleb.
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 23
8:00-9:30 PM SURVIVOR
9:30-11:00 PM THE SUMMIT “An Unexpected Storm” After a weather delay pauses the group’s progress, they set out to try and make up for lost time. When they reach an obstacle that forces them to split into pairs, one Leader and one Follower, to traverse a steep cliff, one trekker is left to face the challenge alone, bringing alliances and connections into question.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 24
8:00-8:30 PM GEORGIE & MANDY’S FIRST MARRIAGE “Some New York Nonsense” Georgie struggles to balance life, work and family; Mandy worries for Georgie’s wellbeing; and Missy (Raegan Revord) gets into trouble at school.
8:30-9:00 PM GHOSTS “Sam’s Dad” When Sam’s dad (Dean Norris) comes to Woodstone for a visit, Patience (Mary Holland) puts their father-daughter relationship to the test. Also, Isaac must deal with the fallout from his breakup with Nigel and Thor and Flower handle an awkward situation with Nancy.
9:00-10:00 PM MATLOCK
10:00-11:00 PM ELSBETH “The Wrong Stuff” When a billionaire dies in a freak accident during a space training simulation, Elsbeth suspects a fellow magnate and wannabe astronaut with a grudge named Neal (Robert Riggle) is responsible. Also, Elsbeth’s day is turned upside down when she is reunited with a former colleague from Chicago.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25
8:00-9:00 PM S.W.A.T.
9:00-10:00 PM FIRE COUNTRY “Firing Squad” Bode receives a life-changing opportunity that could impact his future as a firefighter, and Leven Rambin guest stars as Audrey, a former fire camp inmate.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26
8:30-9:30 TRACKER “Bloodlines” Colter and rival rewardist Billie Matalon team up to find a missing high school baseball star.

10:30-11:30 PM NCIS “Great Wide Open” Gibbs and McGee head to Alaska while the team works at home to uncover the conspiracy behind the serial killer.
