FBI: MOST WANTED Exclusive Clip: Ray and Ray Sr. (Try to) Encourage Caleb’s Football Aspirations

FBI: MOST WANTED’s Ray (Edwin Hodge) faces a whole different kind of stress on the Tuesday, October 22 episode of the CBS drama: Helping his stepson, Caleb (Ja’Siah Young), with football plays.

“This is important, the QB needs to know where you are,” Ray insists in the exclusive clip from “Varsity Blues” below, as the family tries to eat a meal together.

“It’s freshman football, Ray, not the New Orleans Saints,” Cora (Caroline Harris) admonishes. “Can you please put that away so we can have a nice dinner?”

Ray Sr. (Steven Williams) agrees…but also suggests Caleb have an extra piece of chicken so he could perhaps be a two-way player. Though Caleb says he doesn’t want to play defense, Ray Sr. boasts Ray was a linebacker and Sr. regales them with a story of Ray’s big State Championship game.

“The point of the story is, the more options you give your coach, the better you look,” Ray suggests to Caleb.

“Guys, can we stop, please?” Cora requests to her husband and father-in-law. “It’s his first year of high school, he has enough on his plate as is.”

“Ray and Cora are doing great,” FBI: MOST WANTED showrunner David Hudgins previously teased to Give Me My Remote. “His story this year is mostly about parenting Caleb.”

And according to CBS’ official tease, in the hour, “The Fugitive Task Force is called in to hunt down a missing teen from New Jersey who has a connection to a classmate’s recent suicide. Meanwhile, Cora feels Ray and his father are putting too much pressure on Caleb.” (FBI’s Alana De La Garza also guest stars.)
