FBI crossovers 2024

“White Buffalo” – After a simple act of defiance by a couple of young climate activists goes south, the Fugitive Task Force works to hunt them down before their plans take a devastating turn. Meanwhile, Nina and Scola face family drama when they host her father and sister after they come to town, on FBI: MOST WANTED, Tuesday, Oct. 29 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs). FBI: MOST WANTED is staging a mini-crossover with the Tuesday, October 29 episode, “White Buffalo” as FBI’s Scola (John Boyd) helps while Nina’s (Shantel VanSanten) family is in town

And with the shows back to regular season orders—after last season’s strike-shortened run—expect more mini-crossovers to come.

“Well, obviously Scola and Nina are dating, so we’ve got episodes on our show that Scola is in and vice versa; Shantel is going to go over to that show[, too],” FBI: MOST WANTED showrunner David Hudgins tells Give Me My Remote. “I love that. I love the connective tissue of that. I always try to get [FBI’s] Isobel as much as I can, because I love Alana [De La Garza], and I think it helps ground the show.”

“[MOST WANTED’s] Remy has got his own office this year,” he continues. “One of the reasons we did that was it gives him a place to have scenes with people instead of the whole team. So I think we’re going to see his relationship growing with Isobel, too. And…there’s talk about [MOST WANTED’s] Edwin [Hodge] maybe being in an INTERNATIONAL episode. So the three of us, the showrunners [of FBI and FBI: INTERNATIONAL], every now [and then], it’s like, ‘Hey, who you got? Who can I use? What stories can we tell?’ I love it, and I think the audience does, too.”

Hudgins also has hopes there might be a larger crossover in store, too. “In terms of an official three-hour crossover, we always want to do that,” the showrunner says. “They’re incredibly challenging to produce, but they’re great. Everybody loves them. We don’t have a specific target yet, but that’s something we would like to try to do in the spring.”
