LAID: Peacock Releases Trailer for New Stephanie Hsu-Led ‘F-cked Up Rom-Com’

Peacock has released a trailer for LAID, its new comedy series starring Stephanie Hsu.

In the show, “A woman finds out her former lovers are dying in unusual ways and must go back through her sex timeline to confront her past in order to move forward – LAID is a f**cked up rom-com where the answer to ‘why can’t I find love, is there something wrong with me?’ is a resounding ‘Yes. There is. The problem is definitely you.’”

Additionally, Simu Liu, Kate Berlant, and Alexandra Shipp have joined the comedy as guest stars. (Previously announced guest stars include Andre Hyland, David Denman, John Early, Ettore “Big E” Ewen, Chloe Fineman, Olivia Holt, and Finneas O’Connell.) The regular cast includes Zosia Mamet, Michael Angarano and Tommy Martinez; Nahnatchka Khan and Sally Bradford McKenna co-showrun the series.
