THE EQUALIZER Exclusive Clip: Can Robyn Convince a Stand-Up Comedian His Life is in Danger?

Robyn (Queen Latifah) is tasked with figuring out who put a hit on a stand-up comedian on the Sunday, November 24 episode of THE EQUALIZER…but she doesn’t exactly have a cooperative potential victim on her hand.

In an exclusive clip from “Take My Life … Please!,” Robyn approaches comedian Craig (Luke Forbes)—and he mistakes her for a fan. “I’m not here for a selfie,” she says in the video below. “Your wife sent me about that murder attempt two nights ago.”

Craig acknowledges his wife’s concern, but he brushes it off: “There was no murder attempt.”

When Robyn admits it’s surprising he’s not more concerned about his own safety, he doubles down on his wife being wrong—no one was trying to kill him.

Craig makes it clear he’s done with the conversation, gets in his car, and drives away. But a horrified Robyn realizes there is brake fluid in his now-vacant spot and chases after the car…and watches it crash.

“Brakes don’t randomly go out like that,” she insists to Craig when she catches up to him. “Someone definitely wants you dead.”

But Craig has one more twist in store for her: “Okay, you’re right, someone is trying to kill me,” he admits. “But…only because I asked them to.”
