SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE: Chris Rock, Martin Short Set as December Hosts

SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE has announced its final hosts and musical guests of 2024.

Chris Rock will host the Saturday, December 14 episode. This marks Rock’s fourth time as host. (

Rock will be joined by musical act Gracie Abrams,who will make her SNL debut.

Martin Short will host the final show of the calendar year on Saturday, December 21, marking his third individual hosting appearance and fifth overall.

Short will be joined by Hozier, who will appear for the second time as a musical guest.

Both Rock and Short were previously cast members on the show, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary season this year.

The series returns on Saturday, December 7, with the previously-announced host/musical guest combo of Paul Mescal and Shaboozey. Both will be making their SNL debut.
