Couch Madness Round 2: ‘Head Games’

In honor of the NCAA tournament season, Give Me My Remote is bringing back our TV-centric bracket, pitting similarly titled episodes against each other: Couch Madness! (Credit for the excellent name goes to fellow reporter Chris Hayner.)

The seeding is simple: rather than quality of the hour, we’re going by air date (with the oldest episode getting the #1 slot and the newest getting #8). With Peak TV, this will not include every single show that has used this title; rather, we picked a selection from what was available.

We’re now up to the second round, which will will kick off on Monday, March 24 and end on Friday, March 28. The final face-off will be starting on Monday, March 31.

BLINDSPOT (8): “When Jane is shot and Weller is kidnapped, the team must fight to save both of their lives while maintaining the secrecy of their hidden base. Meanwhile, Weller is haunted by some dark ghosts from the past.”

LAS VEGAS (3): “While Danny assumes his new position as President of the Montecito, Delinda assumes he doesn’t have any time for her. Meanwhile, Sam stands her ground, standing by what she saw while poolside, even if it means her job.”

MEDIUM (2): “Allison is involved in a murder trial, but things go terribly wrong when another body is found, Joe begins seeing a therapist, and a young woman asks Allison for confidences.”
