COUNTDOWN: Prime Video Reveals Action-Packed Trailer for New Jensen Ackles-Led Series

With the, uh, countdown on for Prime Video‘s new series COUNTDOWN, the streamer has released a new trailer and key art for the Jensen Ackles-led drama.

According to Prime Video, “When an officer with the Department of Homeland Security is murdered in broad daylight, LAPD detective Mark Meachum, portrayed by Ackles, is recruited to a secret task force, alongside undercover agents from all branches of law enforcement, to investigate. But the hunt for the killer soon uncovers a plot far more sinister than anyone could have imagined, kicking off a race against time to save a city of millions.”

The series, from ONE CHICAGO and FBI: INTERNATIONAL vet Derek Haas, debuts on Wednesday, June 25, with three episodes premiere. The show will then shift to weekly releases through its Wednesday, September 3 season finale.

The series also stars Eric Dane, Jessica Camacho, Violett Beane, Elliot Knight, and Uli Latukefu.
