YOU’RE THE WORST Final Season: FXX Sets Premiere Date

Sunday may be Funday, but this Monday isn’t all that awful: FXX announced that YOU’RE THE WORST’s fifth season will premiere Wednesday, January 9 at 10/9c.

The final season follows Jimmy (Chris Geere) and Gretchen (Aya Cash), as they navigate their engagement—and head toward a wedding. Per FXX, in the new season, Edgar (Desmin Borges) is “firmly entrenched in the world of television comedy writing,” while Lindsay (Kether Donohue) “finds herself yearning for love again.” (Uh, hopefully she won’t be stabbing this new love.)
