AGENTS OF SHIELD will be sticking around for a while.
The Marvel drama—which is currently in production of its sixth season—has been renewed for season 7. The confirmed cast for the seventh year includes Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, Henry Simmons, Natalia Cordova-Buckley, and Jeff Ward.
SHIELD was a late renewal this year, and then news came that the 13-episode season 6 would air in Summer 2019. But then-ABC president Channing Dungey was firm that the move out of the traditional season wasn’t a sign the show was ending.
