November 20, 2018 by Marisa Roffman
NBC is slightly adjusting its January schedule.
THE BLACKLIST, which was originally scheduled to bow with a two-hour block on Friday, January 4, will now air the first hour of its two-part premiere on Thursday, January 3 at 10/9c; part two will air on Friday, January 4 at 9/8c. (An encore of the first hour of the premiere will air before the January 4 episode at 8/7c.)
Additionally, MIDNIGHT, TEXAS is on the move. The series will move to an 8 PM time slot starting December 14. (Per NBC, the “new Friday lineup going forward beginning Friday, Dec. 14 (excluding Dec. 21) will be MIDNIGHT, TEXAS (8-9 p.m.) and DATELINE NBC (9-11 p.m.).”
January will be a busy month for the network, as it also launches THE TITAN GAMES (which will be THE BLACKLIST’s lead-in on January 3), plus sees the return of BROOKLYN NINE-NINE, plus a shuffle of its Thursday comedy lineup, and a SUPERSTORE hiatus.
