SUPERNATURAL: Jensen Ackles on Directing His Final Episode of the Series
August 20, 2019 by Marisa Roffman
Jensen Ackles has directed a handful of episodes of SUPERNATURAL during the show’s run, but his upcoming season 15 hour is an important one: it’s the last one he’ll direct of the series before it signs off in 2020.
While the occasion could have been emotional, Ackles told reporters he was trying to let that seep in. “I’m trying not to put that kind of pressure or vibe on myself,” he said in the video below. “At this point, we’re all kind of business as usual. Once we all come back from the holidays and we hit the final stretch of episodes in the winter time and we know the end is on its way, I think it’s going to sink in.”
