SUPERSTORE Adds Jason Ritter as Jonah’s Brother

The Simms family is expanding on SUPERSTORE: Jason Ritter has been cast as Josh, Jonah’s (Ben Feldman) brother, NBC confirms.

Ritter will make his debut in the Thursday, April 2 episode, “Customer Safari.” But given Jonah spent the first few years of his time at Cloud 9 lying to his parents (Meagen Fay’s Marilyn and Fred Melamed’s Richard)—claiming he was in medical school and engaged to Natalie Portman—who knows what family secrets Josh’s arrival will bring?

Ritter, who previously starred in KEVIN (PROBABLY) SAVES THE WORLD and RAISING DION, was most recently seen as Eric on A MILLION LITTLE THINGS.

SUPERSTORE will wrap up its fifth season on Thursday, April 16, which will also mark the final episode for series star America Ferrera.
