Let’s talk about Thursday night’s TV!

SUPERSTORE: Oh my God, the babies just sitting there during the baby obstacle course…of course. It was really nice to see a bit of how Jonah and Amy parent. But, uh, yikes to Glenn’s shaming of Amy as a working mother. I know the show did its part to highlight the questionable ways of his parenting, too, but just a general yikes.

Poor Dina, struggling with her first real relationship. And, um, is the show actually going to play with Garrett potentially having feelings for her? It’s felt like, at various points for the series, that he was more emotionally invested in her than she ever was with him.

BROOKLYN NINE-NINE: Man, I loved this episode. Doug Judy and Jake’s weird relationship is honestly so pure and strange and I love it. And them singing “Opposites Attract” together? Just the laugh that was needed right now.

Also, I love that the whole bachelor party was another long con for Doug Judy to get rid of his trouble-making friends. And Jake is going to be his best man? I hope we see the wedding next season.

GREY’S ANATOMY: Look, this is very small, but all the sports talk broke my heart. I miss my games.

I understand they needed to have DeLuca go to the extreme, but really wish he had gone all-in on something that was a bit more reported/less absolutely tragic. Human trafficking is a major, serious issue, and at least for now, the girl is just…gone?

The longer it takes Teddy to tell Owen the truth, the more I worry this is going to lead to a wedding day blow-up that absolutely demolishes the couple.

WILL & GRACE: So, are we going to end the series with Will and Grace’s kids ending up together again? Hopefully this time without the years of bitter estrangement?

A MILLION LITTLE THINGS: You know what’s never a good sign on a television show? When the vows are read before the vow renewal/wedding ceremony.

Clearly there’s no way Eddie was too deeply involved with his friend’s death, but if that’s the mystery they’ll be pursuing in season 3, that’s dark.

I’m really liking Gary and Darcy. I don’t know that I trust the show will go too far/deep with them (I assume Gary and Maggie are still the end game, assuming, well, the season finale twist doesn’t involve them), but it’s been really lovely to see Gary be caring toward a potential romantic partner to someone who isn’t Maggie; he really has grown.
