The CW Cancels KATY KEENE

The CW has canceled RIVERDALE spinoff KATY KEENE.
The network renewed every single regular season show earlier in the year, as well as straight-to-series orders of WALKER and SUPERMAN & LOIS. With KATY KEENE yet to premiere at the time of the other renewals, the network ordered 13 episodes of a potential second season.
KATY KEENE starred Lucy Hale, Ashleigh Murray, Camille Hyde, Jonny Beauchamp, Julia Chan, Lucien Laviscount, Zane Holtz, and Katherine LaNasa. Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa & Michael Grassi executive produced the series.
LIFE SENTENCE (which also starred Hale) and VALOR were the last one-season shows on The CW.
According to Deadline, the series will be shopped elsewhere.
