Let’s talk about Wednesday night’s TV!

AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: I cannot believe Max Major didn’t make it through. (Also, I know there’s controversy over one of the numbers called, but even in replay, it kind of sounds unclear? His body of work was better, even if one of the numbers was off.)

It’s an odd season…I feel significantly more attached to the group of finalists that made it through last week, but outside of Major, I don’t really have strong feelings either way about who was cut or who made it through. At the same time, I’m still struggling with the remote acts and just not being drawn in/compelled. I don’t know why that is, because it’s not like there’s a real audience they’re missing out on…but it feels even less connected than normal.

But with the finale next week, it will be interesting to see who can actually step up in these very, very, very weird times.
