About Last Night…AMERICA’S GOT TALENT and LOVE ISLAND

Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!

AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: This is a weird thing to think about, but the Bello Sisters using Dua Lipa’s “Physical” was a weird, weird choice, especially since the act was slower.

There were a lot of good performances, but I think my top two of the night were Brandon Leake and Alan Silva. There were a lot of good singers, but no one was so jaw-droppingly incredible it made me feel like they HAD to win.

LOVE ISLAND: Okay, Carrington being asked on a double date was awkward as hell, because they all went to the same location together and then the third-wheel was just…there, a few feet away. It felt like a bad BACHELOR date.

At this point, I’m just exhausted by Cely and Johnny. She deserves better, and it feels like when she learns the truth when she’s off the show she’s going to be devastated, so all of his big gestures feel absolutely hollow. No thank you.
