Hell’s Kitchen | 8pm on Fox
The contestants must create a three-course meal with only 700 calories; Olympic athlete Annett Davis teaches the winning team how to play volleyball at the beach; a chef is taken to the emergency room.

Ruby & The Rockits | 8:30pm on ABC Family
“Papas Don’t Preach”
Ruby wants to date an older guy. But as it turns out, David and Patrick have opposing views on the matter.

Shaq vs. | 9pm on ABC
“Shaq vs. Ben Roesthlisberger”
Shaquille O’Neal visits NFL quarterback Ben Roethlisberger for a football challenge, training at the Pittsburgh Steelers practice facility and playing a 7-on-7 game at a Pennsylvania high school.

Warehouse 13 | 9pm on Syfy
“Implosion”
Pete and Myka return to Washington to intercept a samurai sword that is to be presented to the president, and they discover a competitor for items that belong in the warehouse.

Big Brother 11 | 9pm on CBS
Tonight was originally supposed to be the veto competition, but given the recent shake-ups in the house it’s going to be a lot more than that.  As they say on Big Brother – “expect the unexpected.”

“Am I Going to Die Today”
A prominent doctor fatally wounds an intruder; something about the doctor and his son’s stories doesn’t sit well with Grace; Rhetta has it out with Ronnie; Earl tells Grace that she needs to do something for Neely.

“Zippo”
When Janet divulges to Tommy the sordid details of a past relationship, he lashes out; with his relationships with Janet and Sheila on the rocks, Tommy seeks refuge in Kelly.

“Beware of the Falling Houses”
Jeff puts his normal business practices on hold, focusing instead on remodeling and designing homes; Jenni and Zoila return, along with some fresh new faces.
