LAW & ORDER Adds Odelya Halevi
December 15, 2021 by Marisa Roffman
LAW & ORDER has added another ADA to the team: Odelya Halevi has joined the cast as Assistant District Attorney Samantha Maroun, a rep for the show has confirmed.
According to NBC, the revival will “continue the classic bifurcated format that was created for its original run”—which ran from 1990-2010—and will once again examine “the police who investigate crime and the district attorneys who prosecute the offenders.” Production on the series, which was created by Dick Wolf and is being run by Rick Eid, started last week in New York.
In addition to Halevi, LAW & ORDER stars Anthony Anderson, Hugh Dancy, Jeffrey Donovan, and Camryn Manheim.
Halevi’s previous TV credits include episodes of GOOD TROUBLE, WHY WOMEN KILL, GOOD GIRLS REVOLT, and MIDNIGHT, TEXAS.
Deadline was first to report the casting.
LAW & ORDER, Premiere, Thursday, February 24, 8/7c, NBC
