NBC Renews THAT’S MY JAM
February 7, 2022 by Marisa Roffman
THAT’S MY JAM has scored a season 2 renewal, NBC announced.
The musical game show is hosted by Jimmy Fallon, as two teams of celebrity duos compete in a series of games, with challenges ranging from Launch The Mic (where the contestants have to, yes, launch their mic and catch it after they can name the song that’s playing) to Wheel of Impossible Karaoke (as the players sing songs with a twist) to Slay It – Don’t Spray It (the celebrities attempt to complete lyrics or they get sprayed with water).
Season 1 participants included Kelly Clarkson, Ariana Grande, John Legend, Blake Shelton, Josh Groban, Terry Crews, Chance The Rapper, Taraji P. Henson, Kate Hudson, Oliver Hudson, Bebe Rexha, and more. (All of the celebrities played on behalf of charity organizations.)
So far, the freshman season has amassed more than 250 million views across linear, social, and digital platforms.
