About Last Night…THE OFFICE, FRINGE, 30 ROCK, PARKS & REC and more…
December 4, 2009 by Kath Skerry
I’m so jealous. While all of you got to enjoy Thursday night TV, I had to go to bed early. I’m writing this from the past. It’s Thursday night around 8pm and I’m going to bed (early surgery in the morning for those of you who don’t frequent GMMR regularly). So I had to miss all my favorite Thursday night shows. But, I’m hoping that YOU can fill the comments with YOUR recaps, reviews, or general comments about the shows you watched tonight, er, last night…Thursday! I can’t bring my laptop into the hospital, but I sure as hell can read your comments on my handy dandy iPhone.
Comment away. Give me the scoop on your Thursday night must see TV shows: THE OFFICE, 30 ROCK, COMMUNITY, FRINGE, PARKS AND REC, PRIVATE PRACTICE, SURVIVOR, FLASH FORWARD or any other show you watched last night! (Except for BONES. We’re already talking BONES here.) It’s your turn to be the critic, so have at it my fellow TV loving friends.
The comments are open…

Was it just me, or was The Office almost too cringe-worthy last night?
My thoughts exactly Kristin! “Scott’s Tots” seemed just cruel and not at all funny. I liked the story in the office with the employee of the month and I can’t wait until Jim gets the best of Dwight again.
I didn’t get around to watching anything else except Bones (and football!). Private Practice is on deck for this weekend!
For all of the cringeworthy episodes there have been I have always been able to find the funny. I almost had to change the channel this one was so bad – I just wasn’t feeling it. Bring back Mike Schur!! I want The Office back!
I agree with all of you on the Office episode – Jim is too smart not to have figured out Dwight was behind this. Not sure what the writers are doing with his personality this season – but I miss funny sweet Jim!
I finally got around to watching Fringe today, because I saw a preview earlier in the week and mistakenly thought it was a rerun (of the last season ep where Charlie had the weird parasite in him). Silly me – it was new! So it’s not really Thursday TV at this point, but it did originally air Thursday!
My thoughts – it was GROSS! But really good, too. Those little screaming snake-head hookworm creatures and the noises they made? So disturbing. Walter was adorable as he tried to assert his independence, and I teared up just a little when he approached Astrid after she had been jumped by the weird gang members. Walter is so sweet!
