Let’s talk about Sunday night’s TV!
CELEBRITY FAMILY FEUD: It was a fun, if uneven batch of games. And, I’m sorry, the “advice to all married men” question was poorly phrased. It was a mess! But I’m glad both winning teams took home the $25,000 for their charities.
$100,000 PYRAMID: Lauren Ash and Nico Santos? Yes, please! (Also, all of those STAR WARS clues were great.) That first game being 21-20 was intense. As was game 2 being 20-19? They were fantastic, as were their players. I’m glad they were able to win them $50k, a trip to Hawaii, and then $12k+. (I’m also going to say that it’s BS to have a clue like “things a librarian uses” and not accept the number of library-related guesses. Sigh. Especially difficult to swallow given the contestant was a widowed father of five who wanted to use the money to help his kids?!)
The second game? Uh, well…not so good. Like, aggressively awful. Yikes.
