Tonight’s TV Spotlight…Monday, March 1, 2010

It’s time for the happy dance!!  The Olympics are over and TV is ours again! WOO HOO! Tonight’s TV lineup is filled to the brim  with fabulosity…I can’t stand it. Almost all of our favorite Monday night shows are back with new episodes.  Yes, it means havoc for our DVRs, but it’s ok. We’ve been there before, we know we can do it.

If our prime time line-up wasn’t packed with goodness, I wanted to remind all of you that might care that Robert Pattinson will be a guest on LATE NIGHT WITH JIMMY FALLON tonight. What will Rob Pattinson be bothered by this time?

How I Met Your Mother | 8pm on CBS

Chuck must assume the identity of a dangerous assassin; Sarah tries to maintain a strictly professional relationship with Shaw.[GMMR: CHUCK is back! Tonight’s episode is fabulous. Check back later on in the day for my review of the next four episodes of CHUCK. Teaser…I fell in love with CHUCK all over again!!]

The Bachelor | 8pm on ABC
“The Final Decision”; “After the Final Rose”
Jake’s family meets the final two bachelorettes in St. Lucia; each woman has a final date with Jake; Jake makes his decision.; “After the Final Rose” | 10pm: Jake looks back on the final day in St. Lucia with the final two bachelorettes; the final two contestants discuss Jake’s decision. [GMMR: My money is on that he doesn’t propose to either girl. But at this point I guess I’m rooting for Vienna, ONLY because it would be hilarious to see people lose their collective sh#t.]

“Day 8: 1am-2am”
Turmoil with the Hassan family fans the flames of the increasingly urgent situation; Bauer closes in on a person of interest; a tense meeting between President Taylor and Omar Hassan takes an unexpected turn.

Law & Order | 9pm on NBC
“Steel-Eyed Death”;”Boy on Fire”
2-hours: A runaway teenager becomes a suspect after a family is found murdered at home; when a student’s burning body is found, Lupo and Bernard question the young person he mentored.

The Secret Life of the American Teenager | 8pm on ABC Family
“Choices”
Ricky talks to his mother about his abusive childhood. Elsewhere, George gets a makeover to achieve a more modern look.

Baze competes against Ryan in a contest; Cate considers telling Ryan the truth about Baze; Lux helps Tasha find her mother. [GMMR: Show creator Liz Tigelaar tweeted that this was her favorite ep to date. Can’t wait!]

“Tinkle Like a Princess”
Charlie goes to Las Vegas and returns with his new wife, but it’s not Chelsea; and Chelsea’s dad visits with his boyfriend.

Make It or Break It | 9pm on ABC Family
“The Only Thing We Have to Fear”
Kaylie is torn about whether to compete with her team in the upcoming Chinese Invitational or listen to the National Committee and MJ, who tell her to back out of the meet. Elsewhere, Emily has to nail her new vault, but she has trouble staying focused because of Damon

Sheldon misses an opportunity to meet comics mogul Stan Lee, who appears in a cameo, when he has to go to traffic court after getting a ticket because of Penny.

“Your Friends & Neighbors”
A professor moves next door to the KT house, so the KTs make him a pledge. Elsewhere, Casey struggles with her law-school application, so she seeks advice from Katherine; and the Omegas discover a large sum of money is missing from petty cash.

Damages | 10pm on FX
“Don’t Forget to Thank Mr. Zedak”
Patty is under pressure to make progress in the Tobin case; Ellen uncovers new evidence about Louis Tobin’s death.[GMMR: Just when I get caught up I fall behind again. Dammit! Still haven’t seen last week’s ep of DAMAGES yet.]

CSI: Miami | 10pm on CBS
“L.A.”
Horatio and Eric go to Los Angeles to clear Jesse’s name after accusations of evidence tampering arise; Horatio faces a dangerous element within the LAPD.
