NBC Cancels QUANTUM LEAP

NBC has canceled QUANTUM LEAP.
The season 2 finale aired in February. At the time, the showrunners were clear they were hoping the series would return for a third season.
“Our thoughts are we would love to do more,” Martin Gero told Give Me My Remote.
“I feel like the show just gets stronger and stronger,” added Dean Georgaris. “And TV needs a show about kindness, and we’re excited to do more. We’re ready. As soon as they say ‘go,’ we’re gonna go.”
The series starred Raymond Lee, Caitlin Bassett, Ernie Hudson, Mason Alexander Park, and Nanrisa Lee.
Deadline was first to report the cancellation.
