“No One Left Behind” – The team is thrown into a highly political case after four members of the Taliban are shot and one is kidnapped in New York with no record of their entrance into the country. Having served in the U.S. Army, this case hits close to home for OA, who struggles to open up to Gemma about his past in Afghanistan, on FBI, Tuesday, May 7 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs). Things get intense—and complicated—for the FBI team when they have to contend with a group of soldiers who have killed members of the Taliban (and kidnapped another) on the Tuesday, May 7 episode of FBI, “No One Left Behind”

In an exclusive clip from the hour,  OA (Zeeko Zaki)—a former Army man—wants to get through to their suspects. “We’ll negotiate,” he says in the video below as the team sets up outside the location where their suspects are hiding. “Meeting force with force is just going to end with unnecessary bloodshed on both sides.”

But Tiff (Katherine Renee Kane) has her own update: Isobel (Alana De La Garza) wants them to make entry. OA rebuffs that, and says he wants to talk soldier-to-solider.

“That’s a direct order from the director and Secretary of State,” Tiff says.

“These aren’t terrorists or gang members, they are soldiers,” OA replies. “They live by a certain code, a certain level of integrity.”

But when Scola (John Boyd) points out they’ve already killed four men, OA quickly fires back, “Four terrorists.” Instead of listening to his colleagues, OA doubles down on wanting to talk to them to try and “end this without bloodshed.”

“It just shows that it’s okay to have and stay true to your own morals and values, even inside of a broken system,” Zaki previously shared with Give Me My Remote about the episode. “And that’s what I think is really great about our characters: We’ve gotten written as, and get to play, very honest, true and honorable people. And just getting to represent that side of people…on television has been an honor.”

Watch the tense scene now…
