CHICAGO FIRE: Andrea Newman Teases the ‘Action-Packed’ 250th Episode

CHICAGO FIRE celebrates its 250th episode on Wednesday, May 8, with “Inside Man”…as Severide (Taylor Kinney) and a firetruck go missing from Firehouse 51.
“We’ve been calling this action-packed episode Severide’s DIE HARD thriller—he is a man on a mission to bring these bad guys down, and he puts his life on the line to do it,” CHICAGO FIRE boss Andrea Newman previews to Give Me My Remote via email. “He has to bring all his skills to bear in this one.”
Initially, the disappearance occurs quietly. But once the Firehouse realizes what has happened, it’s all hands on deck.
“As soon as they see Severide has disappeared, the whole firehouse kicks into action,” Newman teases. “Kidd is a woman on the verge and has to figure out how to set her emotions aside and find out what the hell happened to her husband. She dives into this mystery full-bore, and some surprising suspects emerge.”
And, as FIRE fans know, no one should underestimate Stella Kidd…
