FBI: MOST WANTED is reaching an important milestone in 2025: Episode 100. (The hour is set to be episode 14 of the current sixth season.)

“Well, we’re gonna have a party on set, I’m sure,” FBI: MOST WANTED boss David Hudgins tells Give Me My Remote with a laugh. As for what viewers will see on-screen, “without giving too much away, it’s very much the team in jeopardy and the team having to work together to get out of this predicament that they find themselves in.”

When questioned if it might be a bottle episode or a quasi-bottle episode, the showrunner confirmed “quasi-bottle-ish is a good description; it’s not a full bottle, but it’s a quasi-bottle.”

“It’s a barricaded suspect/hostage situation involving our team,” Hudgins teases. “I love those episodes because they just immediately feel contained, and they immediately feel heightened. [It will] probably be real-time, which also is interesting, too. So that’s one of the things we have planned for episode 100.”

The series is also taking another ambitious swing before then, too. “Another thing we’re going to do…in episode 10, [we’re filming] an entire teaser as a oner,” Hudgins previews. “I got inspired watching some stuff, and the director of the episode is Ken [Girotti], our producing director, and he was [inspired,] too.  I was like, ‘Do you think we can pull this off in episodic television—literally do eight scenes in a row?’ And he’s like, ‘We’re gonna try.’”

“So I’m really excited…imagine a one-camera shot for basically 12 minutes,” he continues. “I hope we can pull it off. It’s a challenge, but stuff like that, I think, will be really interesting and different.”

As for what to expect in that sequence, “it’s our team,” Hudgins previews. “It’s essentially a crime that happens in front of them—and off we go.”
