ELSBETH Exclusive Clip: Carrie Preston Reunites with CLAWS Co-Star Jenn Lyon in ‘Elsbeth’s Eleven’

ELSBETH is staging a mini-CLAWS reunion on the Thursday, November 7 episode, as Jenn Lyon guest stars. (Lyon played Jennifer on the TNT series; ELSBETH star Carrie Preston played Polly.) In the ELSBETH episode, Lyon plays Celeste, a friend of a VIP customer (and suspect of the week), Roslyn (played by Vanessa Williams).
“My bestie @thejennlyon is on this week’s episode of #Elsbeth and she’s a pure delight AS USUAL,” Preston wrote on Instagram, accompanied by photos of the duo together on ELSBETH and CLAWS.

And in an exclusive clip from the episode, “Elsbeth’s Eleven,” Elsbeth and Kaya (Carra Patterson) “run into” Celeste, and try to ask her about her froyo business…which recently shut down.
“Business is strong one day, gone the next,” Celeste acknowledges in the video below. “I’ll pivot.”
Elsbeth notes at least she has wealthy friends who can help her through the tough times, but Celeste brushes that off. “I don’t expect help from Roslyn,” Celeste insists. And while she acknowledges they’re best friends, she also says it’s because they don’t bring money into their friendship.
After they leave Celeste, Elsbeth starts pondering why Roslyn wouldn’t help her friend. Kaya defends keeping money and friendship separate…especially when one makes so much more than the other.
