Chance and Ilsa’s partnership is put to the test when Chance’s old flame asks for his help in rescuing a kidnapped colleague from a ruthless South American dictator. Meanwhile, Winston, Guerrero and Ames must save a bumbling private investigator (guest star Tony Hale, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT) whose botched case has him targeted for death in the all-new “A Problem Like Maria/Communication Breakdown” two-parter. When Mia accuses Ben of ripping her favorite pair ofjeans, she drags him to the store, where he has to break the tough news to her that it’s time for pregnancy pants. Meanwhile Joel decides to get himself into shape after he finds out he’s ranked last in Vicky and her girlfriends’ fantasy husband draft website, and Maddie goes to extreme lengths to impress Casey with her high regard for the U.S. Postal Service.

“Slow Down Your Neighbors”
Claire becomes a determined neighborhood vigilante hoping to catch and stop a menacing car that speeds though their streets. Meanwhile, Phil is busy trying to land an important listing with a difficult client, Jay teaches Manny how to ride a bike — only to learn Gloria needs lessons too — and Mitchell and Cameron stumble upon a mysterious neighbor who is quite the charmer.
Law & Order: SVU | 9pm on NBC
“Pop”; “Possessed”
A young boy is found dead on a park carousel after being dropped off by his uncle Joe Gilbert (guest star James Carpinello). When Detectives Bensonand Stabler learn that the boy was beaten to death they suspect that it could be the result of a bully at school. The investigation leads to an unsettling gambling ring. Detectives suspect that Gilbert’s acquaintance, Joe Roberts is beating his wife Sandra (guest star Drea de Matteo) and the case takes a horrifying turn. In hour 2, Detective Saliyah “Sunny” Qadri (guest star Shohreh Aghdashloo) goes in search of Brooklyn District Attorney Page Ferguson, who she fears may be in danger. Qadri finds Ferguson just in time to witness her fall fromthe topof a parking garage. When Benson arrives, she discovers that the crime scene has been tampered with. Benson turns to an old friend, Assistant U.S.Attorney Christine Danielson (guest star Gloria Reuben) for help. As the investigation progresses, Benson begins to question Ferguson’s suspicious past and Qadri’s involvement in the case.

“Dim Sum Lose Sum”
In a series first, head judge Tom Colicchio enters the competition, challenging the chefs to beat his time in creating a dish. Then, the meal masters head to Chinatown to serve up dim sum for locals.
