“Last Temptation”
Masters faces a career crossroads on her last day as a medical student and struggles with the choice to continue on the path to become a surgeon or to accept the rare opportunity to join House’s team officially. Meanwhile, the team treats a 16-year-old girl who inexplicably collapsed days before embarking on an ambitious sailing tour around the globe. Despite the patient’s life-changing diagnosis, the patient’s family insists on getting her back on the seas in time for her potentially record-breaking launch. But to the team’s surprise, including House, Masters makes a bold decision regarding the patient’s treatment.

When the group decide to take a vacation to Mexico for a much needed break, chaos ensues. “Another Proposal”
Amy is upset and a little jealous that Adrian and Ben are getting married. George is feeling lonely without Anne, so he visits Ricky and ends up meeting Nora, whom he finds attractive. Adrian is in full wedding planning mode and driving everyone crazy – including Ben, who wants the marriage, but not a big wedding. While Amy and Ashley are away visiting Anne for the weekend, Amy is fixated on the wedding and thinks that she and Ricky should be the ones getting married, not Adrian and Ben. Meanwhile, Ricky tries to convince Ben not to marry Adrian, to take the pressure off himself. But Amy rushes back home to surprise Ricky with a question of her own.

An obnoxious client forces Ben and Larry to jump through hoops before he gives them his business. Larry risks the account – and his friendship with Ben – by choosing to participate in the bar’s annual Pub Quiz instead.

With the Hungary invitational only two weeks away, the girls should be at the top of their game. But when Darby arranges a meet against the worst-ranked club in the country in a misguided attempt to build team confidence, the girls feel their dreams of winning Worlds slip further away. As tension rises in the gym, Darby is more concerned with being everyone’s friend than preparing the team for the upcoming meet. With the competition rapidly approaching, Darby’s decisions could have dire consequences for Payson, Emily and the entire team. Meanwhile, Kaylie struggles with the news about Maeve and leans on Damon for emotional support. Sophia pushes forward in her search for a super weapon. And, after witnessing injustices within the Sleeper community, Leila begins to question where she belongs. “The Kids Stay in the Picture”
As Lily awaits the consequences of her decision, William van der Woodsen (guest star Billy Baldwin), CeCe (guest star Caroline Lagerfelt) and Lily’s sister, Carol (guest star Sheila Kelley), come into town to support her and be part of a Taschen photo shoot on “modern royalty” in which the Rhodes family is participating. Unbeknownst to Carol, who has always chosen to keep her daughter Charlie (guest star Kaylee DeFer) far away from the Upper East Side, Charlie has followed her to New York to meet Serena and the rest of the family. Once again Jules chooses to get too involved in Travis’ life and Ellie decides to step in and tell her it’s time to stop being so clingy. Meanwhile, Bobby and Laurie partner up to bring Penny Can to the masses and Andy teaches Grayson a lesson in friendship. Meanwhile, DDA’s Dekker and Rubirosa must navigate their way through the details in hopes of bringing the real culprit to justice. Rachel Ticotin also stars.

Jackie comes up with an interesting new place to stash her cache of pills, and she and O’Hara clear the air as the doctor is named ER chief. Meanwhile, Zoey works her first double shift, and Kevin invites Eddie to a family barbecue at the house.

“Wheels”
Charmaine declares her baby off-limits to Tara as the two share an ambulance. Elsewhere, Tara’s psychology professor is intrigued to learn she tried to strike a bargain with her alters; Marshall, Lionel and Noah have some creative ideas about what to do with Charmaine’s empty house; and an embarrassed Kate fesses up to backing out of her Japan trip.
