Watchlist: Wednesday, April 11, 2007

I resisted posting today’s Watchlist. By posting it I had to come to terms with the fact that tonight is the season finale of Friday Night Lights. It’s a sad day in my house. But it will be back next season…keep the faith. Clear Eyes. Full Hearts. Must be Renewed!

Jericho — A.K.A
Bad news comes to town yet again when Eric doesn’t return from New Bern with the other men. There’s going to be some upset folks. Then, boy-wonder Jake has a light bulb moment, and realizes the deal Jericho made with the neighboring town is in serious jeopardy. Can he save the day yet again? Watch a scene from tonight’s episode

America’s Next Top Model — The Girl Who Impresses Pedro
Efren Ramirez and Tia Mowry give the models a crash course in character acting (which will be quite redundant for some of these drama queens). The girls then participate in an acting/modeling challenge. The main photo shoot highlights scandalous moments from past seasons and features previous contestants. Fingers crossed for a montage!

Lost – One of Us
Jack’s happy reunion with his fellow castaways is cut short when they realize he’s accompanied by Juliet; and Claire is stricken by a mysterious, life-threatening illness. Flashbacks follow Juliet.

American Idol
Someone’s going home and Jennifer Lopez lip synchs a song from her new album. I predicted right here on GMMR last night that either Phil or Haley will go home. For some reason I have this nagging feeling that something shocking will go down and it will be LaKisha that says goodbye. I hope not, because she clearly doesn’t deserve to go home. Can you imagine LaKisha going home before Sanjaya?

Friday Night Lights — Season Finale
Fresh off a prestigious Peabody award, Friday Night Lights hits full throttle on the season finale. The Panthers gear up for the big game—the state championship—as rumors swell about whether or not Coach Taylor will accept a job at Texas Methodist University. As the game toils on, Tami receives some surprising news.
