Awwww…how can you forget Toby? 🙂
Hmm, does Giles(from Buffy) count as a ‘father figure’?
We can’t forget the wonderful dads from Full House- Danny, Joey, and Jesse. Now granted, Joey was never a true father on the show, he was more of a father figure…
also, lets throw in Tony Micelli from Who’s the Boss…how great was he?
The dad who always put his daughters safety before himself, Spydaddy, Jack Bristow!
I’m going to be a dork and say Tim The Toolman Taylor (Tim Allen from Home Improvement). I always thought he made a funny dad and the fact he couldn’t manage a single successful repair made him endearing.
You can’t mention Charles Ingalls and not mention John Walton… Yeah, I watched a lot of TBS as a child.
John Winchester, although a short lived character he was a great father to Sam and Dean and all three Winchester men are hot to boot!
GMMR, as usual, we share the same brain. 🙂 Here’s my list: http://tubetalk.blogspot.com/2007/06/tvs-best-dads.html
Jack Pryor (American Dreams)
Jack Pryor (American Dreams)
Angel (Angel)
I agree with what’s already been said, especially Jack Bristow, Keith Mars & Luke Danes.
I also want to add Will Girardi from Joan of Arcadia.
Jim Walsh (Beverly Hills, 90210) – Sandy Cohen’s counterpart 🙂
Carl Winslow (Family Matters)
Danny Tanner (Full House)
