Scott Porter at Comic-Con

You never know who is going to be roaming the floors at Comic-Con. As we were strolling through the crowds yesterday (and by strolling I mean fighting for our lives not be trampled by the hoards of people), we spotted the adorable Scott Porter, who many of you know as Jason Street of FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS.
It was a funny moment because I was walking around, oblivious to the world around me, when Ducky leaned in and whispered into my ear: “Kath, don’t freak out or anything but Jason Street is right next to you!” I nonchalantly turned my head and indeed it was him. Then I not-so-nonchalantly tapped him on the shoulder and snagged a picture with him (come on, I had to). Ducky & I gushed a little over our love for all things FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS (Ducky to Scott: “Friday Night Lights” kicks ass”), and he seemed very appreciative. Scott was loving Ducky’s VOTE PETRELLI pin (a big hit all over Comic-Con) and wanted to know where he could get one (hopefully he made his way over to the HEROES booth).
A big shout out to the Duckster for pointing out Scott and taking the pic above!

Thanks, you guys are sweet. And CrazyGringa, I think we need to have a little talk. FNL season one if coming out on DVD soon, and it’s only going to cost about $25 for the whole season…would you consider getting it?
You know, I was going to watch it over the summer but now I don’t know when they give them and I’m not a huge fan of watching shows online. I think I’ll Netflix it or if I could get it for only $25 then I’ll spring for the season. Everytime I tell my hubby we should watch it, he seems to be “eh” about it even though he’s a huge football fan.
UPDATE: I think I just now talked him into watching the season with me (with a little begging). Yay!

Since I saw that movie, “Speed racer”, I have a massive crush on Scott Porter. You guys have to watch it. His appearance as Speed’s older brother, Racer Rex, is extremely sweet and at the same time, hot (lol).
By the way, you are so lucky to have a picture with him!
In what part of the U.S is the Comic-Con held and what it’s about (sorry for my ignorance hehe)?
