GLEE’s Santana has had a bumpy romantic life this season (she split up with longtime love, Brittany after giving the long-distance thing a go for a little bit), but things took a shocking turn at the botched wedding of Will and Emma: Santana ended up in bed with her former fellow Cheerio, Quinn.

I made out what she said perfectly. 🙂
I had a hard time hearing her too. I wasn’t able to filter out the people in the background and sometimes they were louder than her.
Basically she said she doesn’t care where Santana goes in the future and she doesn’t think that she’ll get back with Quinn, and probably not with Brittany.
