My new favorite commercial. David Cook for Guitar Hero. Did anyone else noticed in Archuleta’s version he is clearly wearing boxers? I’m sure Cook is too but we can’t see ’em, and that’s ok. I’m not a complainer.

I bet they had to have Archu-D2 wear his boxers and let them obviously show because he is under-age. I am sure otherwise people would have freaked.
I screamed when this came on! Loved David Cook’s version! I’m not even sure why they bothered doing one with Archuleta.
I screamed too lol. David Cook’s commercial was more like the original, unlike Aruchuleta wearing the boxers. Cook’s version is so much cuter. I’m gonna be waiting for it to come on all the time now. : )

Not to put too fine a point on it, but these two commercials will show you why there was a 56/44 split this season. I think Cook was made to perform. You can see it in this commercial. He doesn’t take himself too seriously. I hope that Archie learns to loosen up a little bit as he gets older. He would be a wondrous thing to behold if he wasn’t so inhibited.

I saqw this commercial during the finale of AI and I literally laughed my ass off. It’s funny because he’s just starting his HUGE career, and he decides to show half the country half his body. I dunno, but it’s funny.
He’s totally gonna be a great rocker. His imitation of Tom Cruise is great, if not better than the original. I can TOTALLY see him destroying hotel rooms – can anybody else?

Yeah I love David Cook’s version of the commercial, he really rocked it. Too bad I did not see it during the finals but we downloaded it and I’m just trying to figure out how I can convert it so I can have it in my player and watch it all day long… that would be awesome. He’s got the most beautiful manly legs I’ve ever seen… hmmm

his version was sooo much better than david archuleta’s, although he is still so cute, too. but david cook was like DEAD ON, and i want to marry him. i swear.
2 days ago i had a dream that i told him i was hungry, and he was naming off fast food restaurants, and then he said, “well we can go to best buy, too.” and i gave a weird look and he was like “well they have really good french fries”

The reason they also had Archuleta doing the same guitar hero is because they were both endorsed and paid to do it just like the Ford commercials. An also little-known fact is that Archie ALSO plays guitar and four other instruments! Unfortunately, we did not see all the “sides” of Archuleta as they made sure we did of Cook. Don’t get me wrong, I love them both but they definitely held Archuleta back, probably because of his age!
