THE LAST MAN ON EARTH Spoofs FIFTY SHADES OF GREY

FIFTY SHADES OF GREY mania is permeating pop culture seemingly everywhere we look, and Fox’s upcoming comedy, THE LAST MAN ON EARTH — the Will Forte-led series about a man who finds himself, yes, the last man on earth —  found an amazing way to spoof the movie’s poster…

The FIFTY SHADES OF GREY spoof isn’t the only creative steps the Fox comedy is taking to promote the show. Starting Monday, February 16th, there will be a THE LAST MAN ON EARTH Twitter Vending Machine at Hollywood and Highland, where fans can follow the show’s official Twitter handle (@LastManFOX), take a picture and Tweet using the hashtag #LastStuffOnEarth, and get a DM with a code to be used at the vending machine to get a prize.

And in select cities, there are posters in high-traffic areas with Phil Miller (AKA Will Forte) requesting anyone contact him. The number on the poster goes to a real phone line with a pre-recorded message — and Forte himself will be answering the phone occasionally.

The comedy is unlike anything else on TV, and it’s great that the teams who are working on marketing/promoting the show are doing unique things to showcase it.
