JACK RYAN: Noomi Rapace Joins Season 2

JACK RYAN is still more than a month away from its series premiere, but the action-series has already been renewed for a second season—and just added a major piece to its sophomore year.

Noomi Rapace (THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO) has joined the Prime Video show as a series regular for season 2. Rapace plays Harriet “Harry” Baumann, “a highly capable, sharply intelligent and intoxicatingly charming BND agent (Germany’s Secret Intelligence) who crosses paths with Jack Ryan in South America.”

“She’s amazing,” executive producer Carlton Cuse said. “She plays a very formidable person…it’s very exciting. The second season is a political thriller set in South America.”

The first season of JACK RYAN stars John Krasinski as the titular character, as well as Wendell Pierce and Abbie Cornish.
