ARROW at Comic-Con: The Longbow Hunters Cast, a Trio of Villains Returning

ARROW is adding a trio of new baddies—plus a trio of returning foes—to the mix in season 7.

The Longbow Hunters, AKA Red Dart (played by Holly Elissa), Kodiak (played by Michael Jonsson), and Silencer (Miranda Edwards) are recruited by Diaz (Kirk Acevedo) to take out Oliver (Stephen Amell) and the team. Red Dart is described as “a ruthless and precise killer,” Kodiak as “a beast of a man with brute force,” while Silencer is “a master of stealth.”

Additionally, Ben Turner/Bronze Tiger (Michael Jai White), Derek Sampson (Cody Runnels) and Danny “Brick” Brickwell (Vinnie Jones) are returning to give Oliver trouble while he’s in prison.

“It’s the best spin that’s been put on the show since the show started,” Colton Haynes, whose Roy is back full-time, said during the Comic-Con panel.

And though Roy was last seen leaving with Thea (Willa Holland), “he’s not the same person,” Haynes teased. “It’s going to be very, very interesting. [New showrunner] Beth [Schwartz]…wrote me a version of the character that is so special. It’s going to be hard for me to do, but I’m so happy to do it and I’m happy to be back.”
