“Surface Tension”
It’s moving day for Emily, and with a new place to call home, she is feeling more like a guest than part of the family. Hanna is also feeling uneasy, but for her it is in regard to Caleb’s continued shady “business” dealings and his nonchalant attitude about it. And when Toby makes a surprising discovery, Spencer is thrown for a loop by the find and her father’s reaction to it. With the girls already on edge, could they be sitting targets for “A’s” next move? Or does “A” have bigger plans for the four and is just making them wait? Meanwhile, Aria is put in a tricky position when both Ezra and Jason are invited to the Montgomery dinner party and vie for her attention when the soiree goes awry.
THE GLEE PROJECT: ‘Tenacity’

After all of the drama that went down at Sunday’s GLEE panel at Comic-Con, I was apprehensive about tonight’s episode of THE GLEE PROJECT. Before the show started, I was worried that my opinions of today would cloud my judgment, but in all honesty, the only thing that happened was I found myself annoyed at Ryan Murphy every time he was on screen.
The theme of the week was tenacity (which, if you were to play a drinking game based on how many times a contestant said “tenacity” or any of its derivatives, you would be on-the-floor drunk) with Max Adler serving as a guest judge during the homework challenge. The contenders sang La Roux’s “Bulletproof” and got angry with it, complete with chair-throwing and furniture-jumping. Max picked Marissa as the winner – which I found odd, as I would have picked Samuel or Hannah, since I didn’t think Marissa showed any kind of emotion when she sang – and made it her second win in a row.

THE GLEE PROJECT: ‘Pairability’
July 18, 2011 by Haylee Fisher
Sunday marked the return of Darren Criss as a guest mentor on THE GLEE PROJECT, so you know I liked it from the very beginning. The theme was “pairabilty” and I’m glad Darren pointed out this challenge would require some acting on the contestants’ parts because that’s something we haven’t seen them do a lot of – we know they can sing and we know some of them can dance, now it’s time to act!
I actually thought this was one of the best episodes of THE GLEE PROJECT yet. We got to see different sides to many of the contestants, whether good or bad, and solidified why my favorites are my favorites and why I want certain contestants to just go home.
It wasn’t a perfect episode, though. Here’s the good and the bad of “Pairability” (which, like Darren said, isn’t actually a word)…

THE GLEE PROJECT: ‘Dance Ability’ Recap
July 11, 2011 by Haylee Fisher
Sunday night on THE GLEE PROJECT we learned which contestants would follow Finn in wearing a “Can’t Dance” t-shirt when the week’s theme was “Dance-ability.” Harry Shum, Jr., was the mentor for the homework assignment and can I just say I want that guy to choreograph my life?! Love him! What I didn’t love? The group number to “Hey Soul Sister.” I would be OK if I never heard that song again – I even skip it on my Warblers CD!
After picking Samuel as the winner, Harry announced the music video would be “Can’t Touch This” and Hannah’s face lit up. Did you know she fancies herself a rapper? And she pulls it off!
