Jay’s sister, Bela (Punam Patel), visits Woodstone Mansion and brings along an adoring male friend, inspiring Sam to spark a romance between them in the spirit of the holiday rom-coms she loves. Meanwhile, the ghosts have conjured up a very different holiday plan for Trevor and Bela. Also, Isaac has an awkward encounter with Nigel that forces him to look back on events in his life. Sam and Thorfinn get caught in the crossfire as the scheme Bela and the ghosts have conjured up goes awry. Also, Isaac’s marriage to Beatrice sheds light on how apprehensive he has been in communicating his feelings to Nigel.

It’s a very GHOSTS holiday event—or a GHOSTmas, if you will—on Thursday, December 15, as the delightful CBS comedy celebrates Christmas (and Hanukkah) with “The Christmas Spirit.” (The episodes kick off at a special 8/7c time slot.)

“Sam and Jay are really excited to be having their first Christmas here at the mansion,” Román Zaragoza (who plays Sass) previews to Give Me My Remote. (The show didn’t do a holiday episode last year, and the cast shares they’ve speculated Rose McIver’s Sam and Utkarsh Ambudkar’s Jay left home for Christmas.)

HBO Max Confirms WESTWORLD, THE TIME TRAVELER’S WIFE, MINX, RAISED BY WOLVES Among the Titles Leaving the Platform

HBO Max has officially confirmed the titles its taking off its service in the coming days. A number of series will be offered up to other (ad-supported) platforms, while others are currently in limbo.

“We are incredibly proud of WESTWORLD and the remarkable work of our cast and crew,” creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy said in a statement. “We are excited to have the opportunity to welcome a whole new audience to our show.”

PARTY DOWN: Starz Sets February Premiere for the Long-Awaited Third Season

PARTY DOWN’s revival season will bow digitally on Friday, February 24 at midnight, Starz announced. It will debut on the cable channel that night at 9/8c.

In the series, “ten years later, most of the Party Down catering team have moved on, including actor/bartender Henry Pollard (Adam Scott). After a surprise reunion, the gang find themselves once again stoically enduring the procession of random parties and oddball guests all over Los Angeles.”

Other original cast members returning include Ken Marino, Jane Lynch, Martin Starr, Ryan Hansen, and Megan Mullally. New stars joining PARTY DOWN include Jennifer Garner, Tyrel Jackson Williams, and Zoë Chao, with James Marsden recurring.
