“Man of the House”
A marriage counselor collapses during a speaking engagement, but when he is put under close evaluation, the team notice changes in his behavior that conflict with his motivational message on the roles of men and women. Meanwhile, House and his Ukrainian “wife” Dominika make a deal to convince Immigration that they are a happily married couple. Also, House decides to name a team leader.

The stakes are high as Ben crisscrosses the country on an exciting, emotionally charged trip to visit the final four women’s hometowns. Will Nicki’s parents, who are still heartbroken over her divorce, welcome thoughts of a potential future for their daughter with Ben? And finally, will Ben be able to win over Courtney’s protective mother? Afterwards, everyone meets in Los Angeles, and Ben must make a gut-wrenching decision to narrow the field to three women – one of whom he believes will be his wife.

Displeased by the wishy-washy service, unappetizing dishes and old-fashioned ambiance, Chef Ramsay has his work cut out for him to turn the restaurant’s luck around. Find out if Chef Ramsay can infuse the restaurant with authentic Italian elegance or if the restaurant’s woes are too much for even Chef Ramsay to tackle.

“Episode 303”
A family from Dallas, TX, asks the Sharks to invest in their jewelry line business “for girls aged 8 to 80,” created by one of the daughters when she was only 10 years old; a couple from Waldwich, NJ, hopes the Sharks will agree to put a lid on their solution to replace missing garbage can lids; a single working mom from Wellington, FL pitches her wedge-type pillow that allows women with breast implants or large chests to comfortably sleep on their stomachs; and two gentlemen from Chicago, IL offer the Sharks a cup of couture with their reinvention of the tea experience. In a follow up story, George Podd from Lake Forest, IL shows how “Shark Tank” made the American dream come true for Lightfilm, a peel & stick light-up decal for car windows.

In another winter edition of “Wipeout,” contestants will battle the Arctic Circle, featuring Garry the Eskimo and a germaphobic Polar Bear. Among those fighting for the $50,000 prize are “Katie GaGa,” “Mr Gum,” “The Dark Artist” and a “Treasure Hunter.” All bets are off for the most entertaining “Cold Hearted Snake” to date, where only three will advance to the exciting conclusion in the Winter Wipeout Zone.

After starting her day with a startling discovery of Damon’s latest indiscretion, Elena is frustrated to find that none of her friends agree with her on how they should react to the Original family’s internal power struggle. Once again caught up in the destiny of the Bennett witches, Bonnie and Abby find themselves playing a part in a ritual to appease the spirits of nature. When Elijah gives Damon and Stefan a dangerous ultimatum that puts Elena in danger, they turn to Alaric Meredith for help with a plan that leads them to a terrible choice.

It’s also Valentine’s Day at the Biggest Loser ranch, and that means letters from loved ones go to the team who digs their way under an obstacle course of logs first with a 200 lb. dummy along for the ride, representing the contestant who has gone home. The red and black teams do their best to burn calories while their trainers are away, and one contestant gets help from “Biggest Loser” nutritionist Rachel Beller in preparing a special meal for their loved one. Then the trainers and the two players they went home with return for a tense weigh-in before another contestant is sent home.

Emily is treated to an outing to the majestic limestone coral island of Caye Caulker, where, after a few rocky weeks, she hopes to get her relationship with Ben back on track. And Courtney, who is desperate for another individual date, gets her wish, but Ben begins to have second thoughts about this frontrunner after she reveals her attitude about taking him home. And the three women on the group date dive with sharks and must conquer their fears if they are to have a chance at a rose. Ben has a real surprise for the women, too, when he cancels the cocktail party.

“Lance!”
Whitney is shocked to discover that Roxanne’s ex-husband Lance is back in town. Whitney tries to dig up dirt on Lance so that she can convince Roxanne that he is not a changed man, but instead ends up with a surprise of her own. Meanwhile, Neal encounters some racism with one of his work colleagues, but isn’t sure how to handle the situation. Elsewhere, Lily doesn’t want to tell Neal that she lost her engagement ring and begins frantically searching everywhere for it.

“Valentine’s Day III”
Frankie and Mike decide to try a fresh approach to Valentine’s Day by having dinner out with friends. But a clueless Mike angers Frankie by refusing to present her with a simple romantic gesture. Meanwhile, Axl can’t think of a life-changing moment that’s occurred in his life when he’s assigned to write a school paper on the subject, Brick is tasked with writing a report on love, and a hapless Sue doesn’t understand why her new boyfriend has suddenly turned into a bad kisser.

“The Killing Moon”
As Quinn distracts Jamie, Haley searches for Nathan. Clay finally gets answers about his condition. Meanwhile, Julian attempts to get back to a normal life, while Brooke tries to give Tara (guest star Chelsea Kane) a chance.

“The Gynecologist”
Chelsea accepts an invitation to go deep sea fishing with her new doctor, Dr. Thomas, and his partner, Dr. Rosen, and brings Nikki and Dee Dee along for the trip. As Dee Dee hits it off with Captain Steve, Nikki and Chelsea plot to pair off with the eligible doctors, but the girls are in for a surprise when it becomes apparent the doctors are more than just business partners.

“Sex and the Suburbs”
Tessa enjoys rubbing it in Dalia’s face that Scott Strause chose her over Dalia. However, the closer Tessa gets to Scott, the more nervous George becomes. When George discovers a box of XXL condoms that Lisa has given Tessa, he becomes obsessed and starts planning game night with her friends in hopes of keeping her at home more. Meanwhile, Tessa soon discovers that the more time she spends with Scott, the less attracted to him she is.

After last week’s RINGER, I’m excited to see if Siobhan will tell Henry the truth about everything in tonight’s new episode. I’m guessing she won’t, but I can hold out hope … right?

The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC
“Episode 6”
In this season of “no excuses,” this week’s challenge addresses the excuse “I can’t lose weight on my own.” Trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince are suspended over water in a wild dunk tank-like challenge in which the red and black teams have to use their strength to keep a weight from landing their trainer in the pool. The losing team has to do without their trainer all week until the last chance workout. Once the losing team is determined, one contestant admirably steps up to lead their group while their trainer is away, with none of them aware that he is secretly watching how they do in his absence. Later, a very heated elimination sends another player home after a tense weigh-in to see how both teams did this week.

“The Spanish Teacher”
Will assigns the glee club a Spanish singing assignment, and enlists the help of his musically-inclined night school teacher (guest star Ricky Martin). Meanwhile, Rachel spills the beans to Kurt and Mercedes on Finn’s marriage proposal, and Mercedes has love complications of her own.
Last Man Standing | 8 & 8:30pm on ABC
“House of Spirits”/”Tree of Strife”
When Vanessa gives Mike a history of their house for his birthday, they discover that a woman who once lived there over 100 years ago died upstairs. Now the family, especially Vanessa, suspects the mysterious things going on in the house are linked to the woman’s ghost. Meanwhile, Ed claims to never have cash on him and keeps borrowing from the money-strapped Kyle.
When the overzealous Mandy gets the chance to meet her idol, Kim Kardashian, things don’t go exactly as planned, but the outcome is better than she could have ever imagined. Meanwhile, Mike doesn’t want “The Man” ordering him to cut down a damaged tree on his own property and rallies the family to protest down at City Hall.
90210 | 8pm on The CW
“No Good Deed”
In an effort to put her inheritance to good use, Annie volunteers to organize a big charity fundraiser. When Naomi takes drastic measures to land her first event-planning client, her big plan back-fires. Meanwhile, Silver realizes she still has feelings for Navid, and Vanessa vows to make Liam a huge star after his agent drops him.

Ben soars in a helicopter with Kacie B. over Panama City and the Caribbean, landing on a deserted island where they spend the day, but she makes a stunning disclosure which demonstrates her ability to really open up to Ben. The six women on the group date trek with the Bachelor through the Panamanian jungle and end up at a small village, communicating with their inhabitants, the Emberas. But this week’s drama is ratcheted up when Chris faces off with Casey S. about a bombshell disclosure she has failed to reveal to anyone.

Blair must make a difficult decision about her future, the consequences of which could hurt those she loves most.
