AWAY WE GO Trailer – John Krasinski & Maya Rudolph
March 16, 2009 by Kath Skerry
I’ve been waiting for this trailer for a long time now, and it’s finally here! THE OFFICE’s John Krasinski and SNL’s Maya Rudolph star in “Away We Go”, a new movie from Oscar Award winning director Sam Mendes. The movie follows a couple expecting their first child as they travel around the U.S. in order to find a perfect place to start their family.
The movie stars other TV notables including Allison Janney (The West Wing) and Jim Gaffigan (My Boys), as well as Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jeff Daniels and Catherine O’Hara.
The trailer certainly has a very JUNO’esque feel to it, but the movie looks like it could have a lot of humor and heart. I think it looks great and I’ll definitely be in line on opening day June 5th. Then again I am the same girl that took a half day on the opening day of “License to Wed” so take it for what it’s worth. But I this one will be a keeper.
Thanks to @ProgGrrl for the tip and FirstShowing.net for the trailer.

It does remind me on Juno mixed with a little Garden State. Both are great movies can’t wait til it comes out.
This looks awesome. I can already tell that this is totally my kind of movie. I agree with Tanya, it does look like a cross between Juno and Garden State.
Thank you so much for posting that! I’m probably way more giddy than I should be about them putting quite a few of the Phoenix scenes in the trailer.
The screencaps of JK in a beard and glasses would have been enough to get me to see this, but the fact that it was directed by Sam Mendes, written by Dave Eggers and stars so many great actors…wow. I’ll be there opening weekend.
OMG! The movie looks so amazing! And i will also agree that it reminds me of Juno..and if I loved Juno, then I’m sure I will love this and the fact that John’s in it. Definitely going to be waiting in line when it comes out.
When I heard about it, I thought it was going to just be another goofy romantic comedy (and don’t get me wrong, I’d totally have gone and seen it if it was since it has JKras in it), but this exceeds my expectations. It looks like it’ll have way more depth and heart to it. Can’t wait!
Looks like I’ll be getting in line…like…now.
I didn’t know much about this movie before, and just wanted to see it because my love John was in it, but now that I just watched that, I really really really can’t wait to see it! Looks great! That beard is fantabulous on him!
Holy crap! Hey commenter lemoñadé! That looks exactly like John does in the trailer?! Did you get to be a part of the movie or something????
And doesn’t Lemonade look a lot like Maya Rudolph? Ha ha ha! Hopefully she’ll share the story.
It looks way different than I thought it would. Looks great and I love the look of the cast. “Taylor…Taylor…Taylor…Taylor…” 🙂 Is he the kid from License to Wed?
This looks wonderful. DAVE EGGERS as a screenwriter? I’ll read or see anything and everything that he does. Awesome director and great cast. Can’t wait!

As mentioned above, basics for the photography will
remain the same and it will have nothing to do with the type of the photography.
Digital technology has enabled a speedier process and a lot more room for error.
Normally this a type of shoot will take two days to work, the first day is to
shoot the event and the second day is to process and prepare the album.
