“Enter Sandman” – NCIS: ORIGINS follows a young Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Austin Stowell) in 1991, years prior to the events of NCIS, and is narrated by Mark Harmon. Matt has “one foot in the criminal world,” L&O showrunner Rick Eid previously teased to Give Me My Remote. “His brother ends up being involved in the case [they’re investigating], and we ultimately need his help to solve the case.”
