“Enter Sandman” – NCIS: ORIGINS follows a young Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Austin Stowell) in 1991, years prior to the events of NCIS, and is narrated by Mark Harmon. In the series, Gibbs starts his career as a newly minted special agent at the fledgling NCIS Camp Pendleton office, where he forges his place on a gritty ragtag team led by NCIS legend Mike Franks (Kyle Schmid), on the series premiere of NCIS: ORIGINS, Monday, Oct. 14 (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*. Ryan Eggold guest stars on the Thursday, October 17 episode of LAW & ORDER, playing Matt Riley, the brother of NYPD detective Vincent (Reid Scott).
Matt has “one foot in the criminal world,” L&O showrunner Rick Eid previously teased to Give Me My Remote. “His brother ends up being involved in the case [they’re investigating], and we ultimately need his help to solve the case.”

“We were just trying to figure out what was going on with the case and why a serial killer was on the loose,” Maahra Hill, who plays Marisa, teases to Give Me My Remote. “The idea that you get in the mindset of a serial killer—who does this kind of thing? I think it was fascinating for us all to just be a part of.”
