ABC has set a few midseason premiere dates — but unfortunately poor COUGAR TOWN is still waiting for an official home. SCANDAL, the new political soapy-drama from executive producer Shonda Rhimes, will debut Thursday, April 5 at 10 PM after GREY’S ANATOMY. (PRIVATE PRACTICE moves to Tuesday at 10 PM on April 24.)
