The Office on Strike

Tonight’s the night. The last new episode of THE OFFICE until…well, who knows? With the WGA strike not yet settled we don’t know when the writers will be able to once again tell the tales of Pam, Jim, Michael, Dwight, Angela, Oscar, Kevin, Meredith, Creed, Stanley, Phyllis, Andy, Toby, Kelly, Jan, Darryl and yes, even Ryan. My favorite show on TV is going dark at 9:30pm tonight and I’m just sad.I guess we might as well enjoy it while we can, right? So let’s get into our weekly installment of The Office Thursday on Give Me My Remote, shall we?

Tonight on The Office…
The Office, The Deposition‘The Deposition’ | 9pm on NBC
Michael finds himself between a rock and a hard place when Jan sues Dunder Mifflin and Michael is deposed as a witness. Meanwhile, Kelly trash-talks Pam after Darryl beats Jim at ping-pong. (Promo pictures)

LIVE Office Chat Tonight…
This will be the last Thursday the Buddy TV crew will be watching the show together for a while. If you feel like enjoying tonight’s episode along with other Office fans, we would love to have you join us tonight at 8:30pm EST. Hope to see you guys there tonight. Set a reminder now! ( GMMR’s/THE OFFICE TVj sessions @ Buddy TV)

Paper Salesmen are Hot…
Rainn WilsonDwight & Jim are steaming up the newsstands this month. Well maybe not Dwight and Jim but certainly Rainn Wilson and John Krasinski. Rainn was named one of People Magazine’s sexiest men alive and he was featured in a behind-the-scenes video you can check out HERE. I haven’t seen the full mag yet so I don’t know if John was included but he may be as he was featured in a People.com video called 100 Sexy Men in 1 Minute. John has been included in the list for the past two years now and was featured as one of the top 15 sexiest men in 2006 by the magazine.

John Krasinski, Men’s HealthEven if Krasinski doesn’t make the cut (which would be all kinds of wrong) you can still see him as the cover boy for this month’s issue of Men’s Health Magazine. The article inside (yes, I actually read the article) John talks about how sports have been a part of his fitness routine his whole life. The pics feature John wearing vintage uniforms from baseball, basketball, and even a shot of him in his uniform from his upcoming movie, Leatherheads (opening in April). Check out the interior shots here. And here’s a glimpse at the two covers.

I Knew I Loved THE OFFICE When…
Diversity DayMost OFFICE fans remember just the episode when they knew this show was destined to be a favorite. I actually have two. The first is “Diversity Day” (written by B.J. Novak) – I had watched the pilot the week before and thought it was awful (I was one of those U.K. version fans that wanted to hate the U.S. version). I had no intention of watching the 2nd episode but the next week when I flipped on my TV it was there. A few minutes in I was laughing my ass off, and until this day I still think ‘Diversity Days’ is one of the funniest things I have ever seen in my whole life. Brilliant. So with that episode I was hooked. But I realized my true, deep, undying love for the show during ‘Email Surveillance’ (written by Jennifer Celotta). I remember watching the karaoke scene with Jim and Michael and something just clicked and I realized that The Office was my favorite show on all of TV. And the rest is history. Was there an episode of THE OFFICE that got you hooked? Share your story, and take the time to let us know who wrote the script!

TV Bloggers Strike

On November 13th, this blog and the blogs listed below will be on strike for the day in solidarity with the Writers Guild of America. As fellow writers and as TV fans, we are coming together to express our strong support for the writers and their goals. We believe that when a writer’s work makes money for a company, that writer deserves to be paid.

Many writers depend on residuals for a stable income, and that income shouldn’t be based on an outdated formula which ignores the existence of new media and all but a tiny percentage of DVD sales. The talented writers responsible for so much of what we love about television should and must be paid fairly and equitably, and we will stand with them until they reach that goal. For everyone’s sake, and for the sake of television, we hope both sides can come to an agreement quickly.

To further that goal, we are calling on our readers to sign this petition and to contact the following television networks, voicing support for the writers and for a return to the negotiating table:

ABC

NBC / Universal

After the blackout, we intend to continue our campaign to support the WGA until the dispute has been resolved fairly. Since we will not be posting any new content on the 13th, we encourage our readers to visit United Hollywood instead for frequent updates about the strike.

THE OFFICE Thursday on Give Me My Remote

The Office on Strike - The Office Thursday on GMMR

So much has changed since last week’s THE OFFICE Thursday post. Most notably – THE OFFICE has been shut down and Season 4 of the show is no longer in production. It’s almost surreal, right? Each and every week during the summer we’d meet here on Thursday and countdown the days until our favorite show returned. It feels like we just got the show back and now it’s gone again. Here’s to hoping that the WGA strike comes to resolve sooner rather than later and we enjoy the antics of Dunder Mifflin soon.

GiveMeMyRemote.com wishes nothing but the best to not only the writers, but the actors, directors, and each and every crew member affected by the strike.

In the meantime, let’s really cherish these next two episodes because who knows when we’ll see our favorites again.

Tonight on THE OFFICE…
‘Survivor Man’ | 9pm on NBC
New chieftain Ryan organizes a woodsy corporate retreat—but he excludes Michael, who in turn enters into the wilderness for his own survival adventure. Meanwhile, Jim tries to put a new spin on office birthday parties. (Watch scenes from tonight’s episode)

Dunder Mifflin Closes Its Doors…
The Office on StrikeAs you all know, THE OFFICE has been shut down. It’s a sad day for all those involved including the fans. While I know at the end of the day it’s not about us, there is no denying that fans play an important role in all of this. I mean without the fans there really wouldn’t be the need for writers, right? But right now Greg, Mindy, BJ, Michael, Jen, Brent, Justin, Paul, Gene, Lee, Steve, and all the other writers that make the show so very special to all of us need our support. There are a few ways you can help.

  • Be Informed: Take the time to learn about the strike so you can help educate others. Read up on the issues at sites such as WGA.org and UnitedHollywood.com. OfficeTally.com is doing an impressive job at keeping track of all the strike news related to the show. Updates are daily so check back often.
  • Put pen to paper: Is THE OFFICE your favorite show? Have you ever just wanted to take a moment and really thank the writers, actors, crew and everyone who makes the show what it is? Well NOW is your chance. The best possible way to express your gratitude to all involved with The Office is to take a few minutes out of your day and write a letter in support of the show and the strike. Tell the networks just how much The Office and all quality scripted shows means to you as a viewer. Be passionate and be informed – you won’t be ignored – the moguls need you…us!

New York, NY 10112

Universal Studios
100 Universal City Plaza
Universal Studios, CA 91608

NBC Studios
3000 W. Alameda Ave.
Burbank, CA 91523

  • Stop watching The Office online at NBC.com: At the heart of the strike is the fact that the writers (and actors, directors, crew, etc) don’t make a single cent from any of the viewings of THE OFFICE and OFFICE-related content on NBC.com. In fact, NBC considers full length airings of the show as well as all the other online content “promotional” material for the show. Except of course the network makes money off the ads shown in these “promos” and don’t feel it’s necessary to share any of this revenue with the people that actually create the content. Stop letting the network websites makes money off of you unless they are going to share with the people behind the show.

OFFICE writers Talk to Fans…
Last night I was lucky enough to be in the Office Tally Chat Room as Office writers and producers, Michael Schur & Jen Celotta, answered fans questions about the strike and the future of The Office. When asked what Office fans could do to help support the WGA, Michael and Jen both stressed the importance of writing letters to the networks. They both took the time to explain many of the issues behind the strike and what it really means to all involved. Please take the time to read the full transcript of the chat HERE. I think you will find it highly informative. (Warning, there are a few very minor spoilers for episodes that won’t be airing due to the strike). Special thanks to Jen & Mike for taking the time to keep Office fans informed.

THE OFFICE Poll of the Week…
This one is not easy, but I think you can handle it. Name your ONE favorite all time favorite episode of THE OFFICE. Defend your ep to others…let them know why you chose it. I know it’s not easy!

I’ll go first. Although mine changes from week-to-week, I’d say my all time favorite episode is “Diversity Day”. I wasn’t thrilled with the pilot and had no plans on watching this show after the first episode. By chance the next week THE OFFICE came on the TV and I decided just to leave it on. I was floored at how good it was and I haven’t missed an episode since.

Top 25 OFFICE Moments…
Rainn Wilson to Host SNLRolling Stone just named its Top 25 moments from THE OFFICE. From Michael wearing a women’s suit in “The Negotiation” to when Pam finds Michael’s screenplay “Threat Level: Midnight” for the whole office to enjoy – many of the best moments of the show are chronicled for all of us to relive. Based on a poll from a few months back, I think the favorite moment of GMMR readers (at least of Season 3) has to be Jim dressing up as Dwight. “Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica.”Did your favorite moments make the cut? If not, leave a comment and tell us what Rolling Stone missed. (Top 25 Moments)

The Office Thursday on GMMR

It’s the day we’ve all been waiting for – The season 4 premiere of THE OFFICE. Can you feel the excitement in the air? Is it 9pm yet? I’m counting down the minutes!!

Since it’s Thursday I guess it means it’s THE OFFICE Thursday on GiveMeMyRemote. With the new season comes new changes. Tonight is going to be a little interesting as I’m actually on the West Coast. The Office chat kicks off at 8:30pm EST…I hope you’ll join us. Click on the link below to set up a reminder or click here and search for The Office TVJ Session on BuddyTV.

“Chocolate Rain” on Jimmy Kimmel

August 9, 2007 by

Tay Zonday, the talent behind the inspirational YouTube hit song “Chocolate Rain” performed his smash hit on JIMMY KIMMEL last night. The nonsensical tune has blown up online garnering over 4.3M view on YouTube. Even John Mayer got in on the gig by offering up his own version of the song during last week’s ‘Best Week Ever’.

I cannot get over this kid’s voice.  He looks like he’s 14 and he sounds like the second-coming of Barry White.

Here’s Zonday’s performance on Kimmel last night (gotta love the audience shots).

THE OFFICE ‘Season Finale’ Thursday on Give Me My Remote

The Office Season Finale

Click here for my recap/review of THE OFFICE season finale.

(WARNING! This post and its subsequent comments contain spoilers and speculation about the season finale of THE OFFICE. Read at your own risk!)

Here we are. The final Office Thursday of Season 3. It seems like just yesterday that we were all eagerly awaiting the outcome of Jim’s lovelorn confession to Pam. Had Jim moved to Stamford? Did Pam marry Roy? We got our answers but here we are nine months later and some of us are still nervous as ever as to the fate of Jim and Pam.

The questions are a bit different but my nerves are still shot. What will Jim’s reaction be to Pam’s beach day revelation? Will Jim move to NYC for the position with Corporate or will it be Michael, or even Karen? And if Karen gets the job, will she and Jim try to carry on their relationship long distance, or will he finally ‘let love in’ and be with his lobster, Pam – or will they just remain friends (no!)? And what the hell could Jan’s ‘big’ news possibly be? Oh the anticipation is killing me.

Thanks You Office Fans…
John KrasinskiBefore we get into our last Office Thursday, I wanted to say THANK YOU so much for all THE OFFICE fans that have supported Give Me My Remote lat year. I’ve personally had some incredible experiences over the past year and they are all because of your support for the show. We may talk about a lot of shows around here, but The Office fans are what keeps us going around here and I just wanted to acknowledge that…and you. So thanks again for everything.

We’ve got a ton of office gossip to get to…so let’s do this!!

We Wish You Well Jenna…
Jenna FischerAs many of you have now heard, Jenna Fischer fractured her lower back on Monday after falling down some steep stairs. She’s recovering in NYC until she is healthy enough to fly back to L.A.. The love has been pouring in and we at GMMR send our best wishes for a speedy recovery. If you’d like to send your well wishes to Jenna click here.

LIVE Office Chat TONIGHT…the last one, ever??
The Office ChatYes, tonight may very well be the last LIVE Office chat we have at BuddyTV.com. On Monday at the Upfronts, NBC announced that NBC.com will be hosting live Office chats during the episodes next season. Depending on how that all falls out I may or may not be hosting our Buddy TV chats next season. Also, I can’t say too much but there’s always a chance I could be involved in the new chats over at NBC.com. I’ll let you know more when I know more. But for now click here to set a reminder for tonight’s Office chat which will begin at 7:30pm est.

Tonight on The Office…
“The Job”Special ONE HOUR episode (begins at 8/7c)
In the hour-long Season 3 finale, the desk jockeys reflect on their day of beach competitions. Meanwhile, a corporate job opening sparks competition at Dunder Mifflin, as Michael, Jim and Karen journey to New York for interviews.(Since there were no photos available for “The Job” I thought I would use one from last year’s season finale. I’m using the power of positive thinking.)

Greg Daniels & BJ Novak Live Blog after the Show…
B.J. Novak and Executive Producer Greg Daniels will be live blogging after tonight’s east coast airing of The Office. Will they be feeling the love or fielding the hate? Either way we’ll get their take on the season and the finale right after the show. You can head over there now to start leaving comments. To be honest, these blogs are usually tough to follow, but they are a great read when they are over and done with. (Live Blog with Greg & BJ tonight)

The Office Thursday on Give Me My Remote

Is anyone else really nervous about tonight? An episode of THE OFFICE shouldn’t have me popping Tums this early in the morning. But I’ve seen the promos and I’ve been reading all the spoilers (or foilers) that have been floating around this things called the world wide web, and I’m nervous, anxious and on the verge of being scared. Lord, beer me strength to make it to the finale. I trust the writers, I trust the writers – it’s been my mantra all season and I can’t give up on them yet.

IMPORTANT! Out of respect for spoiler-phobes, if you are going to leave a comment about tonight’s episode or any of the speculation/spoilers you’ve heard this week about the season finale of The Office, PLEASE make sure you start your comment with “SPOILER ALERT”. This way those who don’t want to know anything can just skip over your comments. I’m going to be monitoring the comment as best as I can but if you could do this for me it would be a big help.

You Know Your Stuff…
Last week we had a little Office trivia contest here on Give Me My Remote. I selected a winner at random from all the correct entries, and I’m happy to report that Jessica was the big winner. Jessica can choose anything from the GMMR store. Thanks to everyone for playing. The trivia contest got such a good response we might bring it back soon.

The Upfronts…
NBC logo Monday is the big day! That’s when we will find out whether or not NBC has decided to extend The Office to one hour each week. We will also find out if the show will remain at 8:30pm or move to the rumored 9pm timeslot. I was lucky enough to score an invite to NBC’s Upfronts presentation, so I will be there live when the news is announced. The second I can make my way to a computer I will be sure to share the scoop with all of you. It should be fun. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to see the cast, and if I do I’ll send them your love 🙂

LIVE Office Chat TONIGHT…
The Office ChatWe are getting down to the wire. I hope you are all ready for what I am expecting to be a pretty lively Office chat tonight. You know the drill by now. We all meet up over at BuddyTV around 8pm and watch the show together. I hope you can make it. Bring a friend, all are welcome! Click here to set a reminder for the Office chat.

Tonight on The Office…
The Office, Beach Games“Beach Games”Supersized (special time: 8:42pm ES)
Michael’s under consideration for a corporate position. To find his successor, he takes the team to the beach and puts them through a series of grueling games. It’s Survivor: Dunder-Mifflin — outwit, outplay, outlast.

I’ve watched the promos for tonight’s episode (oh about 50 times) and let me just say this – if the NBC promo monkeys are screwing with us I’m seriously going to kick some ass. You can’t toy with our emotions…not after everything we’ve been through since ‘Casino Night’. Here’s to hoping they aren’t just screwing with us – please.

From the desk of Meredith Palmer…
Kate Flannery (Meredith Palmer) on The OfficeKate Flannery is back and this week she gives us a little insight on what it was like to shoot tonight’s episode “Beach Games”. From the perils of being on location to working again with director Harold Ramis, we get a look behind the curtain. Kate also gives us the scoop on her recent trip to the Kentucky Derby – oh to be a celebrity. Leave Kate a comment – I know she reads them. (Kate’s Blog)

The last of three Office Thursdays until the end of the season. Hold me. The bright side is that from here on out we only have supersized and supersized-supersized episodes left. Yup, tonight and next week are both 40 minutes and the of course we have the hour long season finale on May 17th. If you’re an Office fan then I can only hope you’ve been crossing your fingers and toes that the rumors about NBC expanding THE OFFICE to one hour each week is true. Come on Zucker…do it…you know you want to.

I thought I would change up this week’s Office Thursday a bit. I’m kind of thinking that since every day is Office Thursday over at Office Tally you are probably caught up on most of the major Office news. So I thought maybe today we catch up on some housekeeping and then move into a little Office trivia. You game? (no pun intended)

LIVE Office Chat TONIGHT…

She mentions something about getting to spend a lot of quality time with Steve and the ladies of Dunder Mifflin. But let’s face it – Kate loved this ep because she got to spend some quality time with Tanster and me. Right? (Kate’s Blog)

A Little Office Trivia…
jim-pam.pngNo, this won’t be anywhere near as difficult as that NBC.com Office quotes game. Just a few little trivia questions to get you pumped up for tonight’s episode. If your a true Office fan then these should be cake. Leave your answers in the comments. Every correct entry will go into a random drawing and the winner will get to choose an item from the GMMR store. We’ve added some new Office-inspired stuff just this week!

  1. Michael once spent a productive day stressing about what to write in someone’s birthday card. Who was the card for and what was the name of the episode in which this happened?
  2. Name three fake diseases given to Dwight in “Health Care”.
  3. What were the names of all the kids that attended Dunder Mifflin’s Take Your Daughter to Work Day, and to whom did each kid belong?
  4. What did Michael & Jim order for lunch when they went to Hooters?
  5. What gift did Ryan originally get during the Yankee Swap?
  6. Michael & Jim performed a karaoke duet to what song?
  7. What was the name of the client that Jan & Michael took to Chilis?
  8. Jim and Pam sent Dwight’s resume to what company in “Halloween”?
  9. Pam and Roy were supposed to be married on what date?
  10. What song did Karen sing at Phyllis & Bob’s wedding?

BONUS QUESTION: How long will it be before Pam gets off her ass and declares her love to Jim who in turn dumps Karen whom we never see or hear from again? (ok, ok…I was just making sure you were paying attention)

Cast of THE OFFICE

It’s starting to really sink in. After tonight, we only have 3 new episodes of The Office. I’m actually getting a bit nervous. I’m not sure anything can top last season’s finale, but what if it comes close? What if I wish yet another summer away waiting for the return of the show in September? Well, I guess I’m getting a bit ahead of myself. Let’s concentrate on tonight’s all new episode!!

As always, check back throughout the day for Office Thursday updates. And if you have Office gossip of your own, please feel free to meet me at the watercooler to discuss 😉

“Let’s do this…”

LIVE Office Chat TONIGHT…

The Office ChatSo this is going to be an interesting chat for me tonight. Since I’m on the West Coast I’m going to be watching the East Coast airing of the episode on my Slingbox. So the chat it on! Most likely I’m going to be in the San Francisco airport conducting the chat from a Starbucks or something as I have to catch a flight to LA tonight, but we should be all good. I hope to see some newbies here. And I wish I had some cupcakes or jellybeans to share with the cast to get them to join us tonight…oh well. As always, I’m looking forward to watching the show with YOU. Click here to set a reminder for the Office chat.

Tonight on The Office…
The Office, Product Recall“Product Recall” (8:30/7:30 c)
The office is in crisis mode after a large shipment of Dunder-Mifflin paper is accidentally sent out with an obscene watermark. Michael tries to manage the media with an impromptu press conference. Jim and Andy try to calm the high school principal who has sent out prom invites on the affected stationery.

There are some preview clips available for tonight’s episode.

  • Perhaps the funniest scene of The Office: GMMR

Q&A Time with John Krasinki & Ed Helms…
John Krasinski and Ed HelmsIn tonight’s episode, we get to see Big Tuna and Drew team up to (hopefully) save the day. The real life Jim and Andy were both featured in short Q&As this week, so I thought it was only fitting that we learn a little more about these guys.

John Krasinski
The Q&A: John Krasinski from Entertainment Weekly

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: How does it feel to board the Shrek train?
JOHN KRASINSKI: Well, it’s a tiny little franchise that I think is really going to catch on. It’s gonna be a big deal for DreamWorks. Seriously, it’s a blast. As a kid I always wanted to be a cartoon more than anything else. And I got my chance.

But you had a small voice part in Doogal, didn’t you?
Dammit! You found out. But I have a feeling that Shrek might do a little better.

So what’s the deal with Lancelot?
Well, here’s what happens: Shrek is asked to be King of Far Far Away and he doesn’t want to be, so they have to go to the next closest heir, which is Fiona’s cousin Artie.

But he’s a teenager, right?
He’s still in high school. It’s basically The Sword and the Stone meets Breakfast Club. And Lancelot is a jerk. He’s the jock who thinks he’s the hottest thing since fire.

But you’ve always played the nice guy.
It’s all a front. I’m really a pompous ass.

Ed Helms Q&A from US Weekly

Ed Helms - US WeeklyDon’t be scared by Ed Helms. Although his alter ego, Andy, just competed anger-management classes on NBC’s hit comedy The Office, off-screen, the Atlanta native plays the banjo and is a formed Daily Show contributor. The single actor, 33, debrief US.

Q: So is Andy cured?
He believes he is! There was a lot of meditation, stuffed animal, scented candles and using punching bags to release tension in therapy.

W: Your banjo group, The Lonesome Trio, has a cult following. Will you tour this summer?
I’m actually filming a comedy with Eddie Murphy this summer called Starship Dave. Besides, a tour is hard to schedule. We like to just get together and play.

Steve Carell Doesn’t Want to be Serious…
Steve Carell as Michael Scott on The OfficeThe Hollywood Reporter recently got to sit down with Steve Carell to ask him about his career, what it’s like to work with other great comedians like Will Ferrell and Jim Carrey, and how he juggles The Office with his burgeoning film career. And is Steve Carell ready to take the next step as an actor and do….porn? (Read more)

The Office Thursday on Give Me My Remote

I’m going to be fast with today’s The Office Thursday. Well, not too fast. Not like wham bam thank you ma’am. But I do say thank you ma’am. But um…not like wham bam. Not that there’s anything wrong with wham bam…not if it’s consensual. I just have a full day of selling paper and pulling pranks that just must get done before The Office is on tonight. So let’s get to it, shall we?

UPDATE: I almost forgot…Angela Kinsey will be a guest on Late Night with David Letterman tomorrow night!! Make sure to set your TiVos. Best of luck to you Angela!!

From the desk of Meredith Palmer…
Kate Flannery (Meredith Palmer) on The OfficeThis week Meredith is drunk again. Someone gets this woman to AA quick. Actually let’s hold off on that and see if we can’t get any spoilers out of her first. She already told that Jim and Pam don’t get together (well at least in this week’s episode) and that Jan has some great storylines coming up. Hey, at least that’s something. She’s got a lot more to say so make sure you check out her latest blog. (Kate’s Blog)

Rainn Wilson is a Cute Daddy…
Rainn Wilson and his son Walter Check out this ADORABLE photo of Rainn Wilson and his 2 1/2 year old son, Walter, from InStyle Magazine. Too cute for words. I can’t get over how different Rainn looks when he’s not sporting Dwight hair or Dwight’s glasses. I just want to squash both of them (that’s a good thing in case you were confused). Thanks to Celebrity Baby Blog for the photo.

The Office Thursday on Give Me My Remote

We are just hours away from an all new episode of The Office. I didn’t think I would survive the crazy long hiatus, but I did. It’s been over a month, and unless it’s a summer hiatus, we just shouldn’t have to go that long – it’s just not right. And just how long ago was the last new episode? Well to put in perspective as of February 22, 2007….

  • Rainn Wilson hadn’t yet hosted SNL
  • The Black Donnellys hadn’t premiered (or been canceled)
  • Jennifer Hudson was not an Oscar winner
  • American Idol’s Antonella Barba was just another contestant on the show
  • No pics of JKras in “Leatherheads” had surfaced yet
  • The O.C. was still on the air
  • I hadn’t yet been to the set of The Office (Tanster & I didn’t even know yet)
  • Jenna Fischer hadn’t starred in the #1 movie in the country (YAY Jenna!!!)

See, it HAS been a long time. But tonight’s SUPERSIZED episode is going to be classic. Those of us who were lucky enough to attend The Office panel at the Paley Festival have seen most of the ep and we laughed our asses off. Hours people…hours. Let’s get to it.

A Little House Keeping…
Jenna Fischer will be on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno tomorrow night. Make sue you watch it and yell really loud for Jenna – I bet she can hear you!!

Steve Carell attended (and got slimed) at the recent Kid’s Choice Awards. The big story was how jacked Steve is. His arms put Spiderman’s to shame. Damn he looks good. Check out the pics at OfficeTally.com

Yesterday I posted some behind the scenes footage of John Krasinski’s upcoming film “License to Wed. If you missed it make sure to check it out here. John has 2 films being released this month: “A New Wave” (which was filmed a few years ago) and “Smiley Face” with Anna Farris opening on April 20th. I’ll be sure to share the details of each premiere when I get them.

Lee Eisenberg, The OfficeFinally a HAPPY BIRTHDAY goes out to The Office scribe (and Vance Refrigeration employee) Lee Eisenberg. In honor of Lee’s birthday NBC decided to air a new episode of The Office tonight. How nice of them! Lee and his writing partner Gene wrote the upcoming episode, “Women Appreciation” which I believe will air on April 26th (but don’t hold me to it).

LIVE Office Chat TONIGHT…
The Office ChatReunited and it feels so good. Tonight’s episode is going to be great because I get to watch it with all my BuddyTV friends. For those of you who have never watched the show with us over at BuddyTV you should stop in tonight. We normally get started around 8pm, but tonight I’ll probably open things up a bit earlier since we all need some time to catch up. I hope to see you all there tonight. Click here to set a reminder for the Office chat.

Tonight on The Office… “The Negotiation”
(8pm – 4:42pm EST) SUPERSIZED EPISODE
The Office, The NegotiationWhen Darryl (Craig Robinson) corners Michael about a pay increase, the meeting compels Michael to scrutinize his own salary. Meanwhile, Pam’s confession to Roy (David Denman) impacts Jim. (More pics from “The Negotiation”)

Yahoo!TV has 2 clips up for tonight’s show (view clips) (Note: There was a VERY spoilerific clip up that was subsequently pulled down. If you are going to leave comments PLEASE don’t reference that clip and spoil it for others)
