The 2018 Emmys opened up with a musical number—including Kate McKinnon, Kenan Thompson, Kristen Bell, Tituss Burgess, Sterling K. Brown, John Legends, and Ricky Martin—as Hollywood patted itself on its back for “solving” the issue with the lack of inclusion in projects.
