ARROW’s Lance has had a turbulent relationship with the Arrow, but the two will have to work together in tonight’s brand new episode when a criminal from Lance’s past returns…and kidnaps Laurel.
To get a tease of what’s to come, I spoke with ARROW star Paul Blackthorne (Lance) about his character’s mindset this season, the new Arrow/Lance partnership, what Lance thinks of the Canary, and more…

Comments Off on ARROW: Susanna Thompson and Willa Holland Tease What’s to Come
For as much flash that’s coming to ARROW’s second season (both literally and figuratively speaking), some of the quieter, more character-based moments are what stands out of the most.
ARROW stars Susanna Thompson (Moira) and Willa Holland (Thea) teased to reporters a bit of what’s to come from their characters and the relationships they have in their lives…
ARROW: ‘Crucible’ Photos — Arrow Meets the Black Canary! Plus, Andrew Kreisberg Teases Her Arc
October 16, 2013 by Marisa Roffman
The ARROW season premiere kicked off with one heck of character dropping in near the end of the hour — the Black Canary! The only slight issue? It wasn’t Katie Cassidy’s Laurel Lance (in the comics, Black Canary’s alter ego is Dinah Laurel Lance), but a as-yet-unidentified-on-screen woman.
And while the Black Canary only had a quick drop-in with Roy in her first appearance, as the photos from episode four, “Crucible,” tease, she’ll soon be spending some quality time with Oliver Queen’s Arrow.
Take a look at those shows, plus watch what ARROW executive producer Andrew Kreisberg teased to reporters about what the Black Canary’s arc will be this season…

Comments Off on ARROW: Stephen Amell on the ‘Meaner’ Season 2 Fights, Oliver as a CEO, ‘Identity,’ and More
Oliver Queen is going through a few transitions in ARROW’s second season, and it’s making him alter how he approaches his work-life, and his life as the man formerly known as The Hood.
First up, Oliver has made the decision to no longer shoot-to-kill on his Hood-related quests, but as ARROW star Stephen Amell (Oliver) points out in the video below, that comes with its own set of complicated — and dangerous — consequences. Additionally, Oliver is actually working for the first real time in his life, which means he’ll have obligations and responsibilities he has yet to deal with before.
So how is Oliver handling that? Take a look at what Amell had to say to reporters on the show’s Vancouver set, plus his teases about this week’s brand new episode, “Identity”…

ARROW ended its first season with a crushing blow (Tommy’s death), and when season two picks up, viewers will find Oliver in a familiar place — back on the island, but in present day.
On the Vancouver set of ARROW, series star Stephen Amell sat down with reporters to talk about Oliver’s decision, post-tragedy, to go back to the place where he felt the most comfortable, how working with Diggle and Felicity has changed Oliver for the better, the debut of Summer Glau’s Isabel Rochev, and more…

Comments Off on ARROW: Emily Bett Rickards Previews Season 2
In ARROW’s first season, Felicity proved her loyalty to Oliver time and time again, and when season 2 kicks off, things will be no different. In fact, Felicity and Diggle travel very, very great lengths to help get their friend back on the right path.
To get a little more insight into Felicity’s journey at the start of the year, ARROW star Emily Bett Rickards sat down with reporters on the show’s Vancouver set last week to tease what’s to come…

Comments Off on ARROW: Andrew Kreisberg on Introducing Flash and Getting to Write the Part with Grant Gustin in Mind
ARROW hasn’t been shy about bringing in other iconic comic book character during its run so far, but in season 2, the show is doing something a bit more out there: it’s introducing Barry Allen/Flash (who will be played by Grant Gustin) into Oliver’s world, with the hopes of launching a solo CW series for Flash.
On the Vancouver set of ARROW, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg talked with reporters about Barry’s introduction into the world (and which character he has an “easy” relationship with), casting Gustin before they have to write the official backdoor pilot, and more…
