CENTRAL PARK’s third season will debut on Friday, September 9, Apple TV+ announced. The first three episodes will drop at once, followed by new episodes weekly. (Season 3 will consist of 13 installments; it will also include more than 40 new songs.)

CENTRAL PARK has been renewed for a third season, Apple TV+ announced.

“Seasons 2 and 3 of Central Park mean twenty-nine more episodes, and something like a hundred and fifteen new songs — a hundred and fifteen! ” co-creator Loren Bouchard wrote on Twitter. “The people who make this show dazzle me with their talent and ambition and sheer will. And Apple and 20th have shown their will too! I’m honored to be a part of something with this much chutzpah.”

The news comes as the streamer set a Friday, June 25 premiere for the show’s sophomore season, which will debut with its first three episodes, before moving to a weekly release. Read more
