Roy and Felicity might not have been around when ARROW kicked off, but during the course of the first season, the characters — and their portrayers, Colton Haynes (Roy) and Emily Bett Rickards (Felicity) — made quite the impression. So much so that both Haynes and Rickards are officially series regulars when the show returns for its sophomore season in October.
At Comic-Con, the two real-life friends showed off a few dance moves, and then got down to serious business — teasing what’s to come on ARROW.

Get ready for more Roy Harper on ARROW: reps for the show confirm that Colton Haynes (Roy) will be a series regular in the show’s upcoming second season. (He’ll remain recurring for the final batch of season 1 episodes.)
This news comes less than a month after Haynes made his ARROW debut. But with all the storylines he’s a part of (romance with Thea, potentially evolving into Speedy, etc.), it makes sense the ARROW producers would want to lock him down for the foreseeable future.
