As LAW & ORDER: ORGANIZED CRIME kicks off its fourth season on Thursday, January 18 (at 10/9c), the OCCB task force is in a delicate place. As LAW & ORDER: ORGANIZED CRIME’s first season comes to a close on Thursday, June 3, the task force finds themselves dealing with an uncomfortable situation: On one hand, they’ve finally captured Richard Wheatley (Dylan McDermott), and he’s on the path to being held responsible for his crimes. On the other, with Bell’s (Danielle Moné Truitt) family suing the NYPD—after officers brutalized her nephew—the task force was abandoned by their fellow officers when it came time to take Wheatley down.
